At present,with the deepening of medical reform,the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system proposes to build a new medical pattern of "minor diseases in the community,serious diseases in the hospital,and rehabilitation back to the community",guide the masses of frequently occurring and common diseases to seek medical treatment in primary medical and health institutions,and promote the construction of county-level medical community,which is to create an upgraded version of county-level diagnosis and treatment,establish a medical service system led by county-level hospitals,and get through Patients up and down referral channels,smooth the cooperation mechanism of member units within the medical community,and strive to provide better,more efficient and more convenient medical and health services for the masses.However,the implementation of the series of preferential policies,there are still many people are not willing to go to primary medical institutions for medical treatment,residents’ unreasonable medical behavior needs to be intervened and guided.The questionnaire is designed around the core topic of "investigation and Research on grassroots medical treatment behavior of residents in Wencheng County".The method of multi-stage stratified cluster sampling is used to select some residents from 10 administrative villages in 17 townships of Wencheng County as survey samples.Through searching the key words of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,Medical Association,medical community and medical seeking behavior in CNKI,VIP and Wanfang,and combing the latest research progress in related aspects,the research selected six aspects of questionnaire design according to individual demographic characteristics,relevant medical policy cognition,medical trust cognition,medical expense recognition,medical service recognition and medical habits Using spss21.0 software to calculate the chi square value of the cross table of the two variables,and analyze the differences of the sample demographic characteristics,policy awareness,medical trust,medical expenses,medical services andmedical habits in the choice of primary medical care Setting up practice,this paper mainly analyzes the basic medical treatment behavior of residents in Chengxian County under the background of medical community,studies the influencing factors of residents’ choice of primary medical treatment,analyzes the supply of primary medical services in the form of residents’ behavior,and puts forward appropriate intervention measures for residents’ unreasonable medical seeking behavior.The results show that: Residents’ medical seeking behavior is not only a kind of individual planning behavior,but also a reflection of the effectiveness of health care supply side reform.The analysis found that the relevant measures to promote the reform and optimization of medical supply through the construction of medical community have a drainage effect on the residents’ grassroots medical treatment,and increase the number of grassroots medical treatment to a certain extent.According to the behavioral intention factors(attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control)that cause behavior in the theory of planned behavior,a questionnaire was designed and analyzed by spss21.0 software column cross table analysis.The demographic characteristics of individuals,such as gender,age,education level,income,insurance participation,family doctor contract signing,policy cognition,medical trust,medical expenses,medical services and medical treatment habits were analyzed Different,the difference in the choice of primary medical treatment has statistical significance.Combined with the analysis of the interview content,it points out that when the residents of Chengxian county have strong self diagnosis tendency,"high does not mean low","mature does not sparse",and grass-roots medical awareness is weak.The reasons are both individual and medical supply,including the asymmetric information of patients The choice of medical treatment is affected by the structure of medical resources,the ability of primary medical service is insufficient,the level of informatization is not good,the standard of referral is lack,the investment in primary medical and health care is not enough,and the policy propaganda is not in place,and these problems will be directly and indirectly reflected in the residents’ medical behavior.Therefore,it is necessary to reasonably guide the transformation of residents’ medicaltreatment mode and improve the service level of primary medical and health institutions And improve the basic level medical policy guarantee mechanism,reasonable intervention of medical demanders,reform of medical suppliers,so as to make primary medical and health coruscate new vitality.
