The traditional medical model is restricted by economy and region,and the distribution of resources is not balanced.There is a big gap in medical level between different regions.The emergence of medical informationization technology effectively solves this problem.With the help of communication and audio technology,medical informationization can be transmitted,queried,shared,stored and displayed,and functions such as remote access,medical inquiry,appointment registration,electronic medical record,health analysis,etc.can be implemented.Medical informationization services enable sharing of medical resources between different regions,so that highlevel medical services can cover underdeveloped areas.This paper takes the computing model of medical cloud service and its corresponding architecture as the core to carry out related work.On the basis of cloud computing theory and services,this paper analyses and innovates the traditional medical service model.Combined with the SOA design pattern,the Iaa S,Paa S and Saa S layers of cloud computing are planned and designed to achieve an open,multitenant,scalable medical cloud service platform.Cloud-based medical informationization service platform is characterized by the presence of medical institutions in the cloud,without the need to develop their own medical systems,and all kinds of resources are deployed and managed by the cloud platform.Medical service centers and medical data centers are clustered in the cloud,and users of all kinds can access them anytime,anywhere through terminal devices.Design and implement a medical data center,standardize and unify medical data,and improve data utilization.This paper studies the medical recommendation algorithm,and puts forward an improved medical information recommendation algorithm to make precise and personalized recommendation for patients.Set up cloud service infrastructure and rationally allocate resources and store data.Using forecasting and load balancing technology,virtual resources are scaled dynamically in time according to CPU usage to ensure efficient and stable operation of cloud services.This paper elaborates the research background and significance of medical cloud service platform,designs and plans the framework and technical system of medical cloud service,and clarifies the system module and organization space.Based on the content of the study,the demand analysis,detailed design of the system and data model establishment,the completion of cloud computing infrastructure and development environment,the implementation and testing of the cloud platform.The cloud-based medical informationization service platform can meet the increasing demand of medical services in the current society,and provide more convenient and efficient medical services for patients,doctors and other users.All kinds of medical institutions have saved the development and maintenance costs of information construction,improved work efficiency and service quality,and have important significance for the overall promotion of medical information.
