Purpose:(1)To assessment the influence of gender,position changes,natural labor or not and BMI on ischiofemoral impact(IFI)related anatomical parameters,and the correlation between ischiofemoral space(IFS)quadratus femoris space(QFS)and ischio space(ISS)ischio angle(ISA)for asymptomatic population.(2)To investigate the including factors of IFI.Methods: 47 volunteers without hip discomfort in Dongli Hospital of Tianjin were selected as the subjects of study from December 2018 to December 2019,including 15 males and 32 females(14 cases of natural labor,4 cases of cesarean and 13 cases of non-birth).MRI TIWI、TWI-FS scan were performed in the position of 45 ° external rotation,neutral and 45 ° internal rotation of foot.IFS、QFS、ISS、ISA were measured on the MRI images separately and respectivel.(1)IFI anatomical parameters were compared between male and female,IFS and QFS were compared between left and right,the relationship between BMI and the parameters and the relationship between ISA、ISS and IFS、QFS were analyzed,in the same position.(2)IFI anatomic parameters in different positions were compared.(3)Diloge 4 cesarean volunteers,27 women aged 25-40 years were divided into natural labor group and non birth group,then observe and compare them.Results:(1)The images of MRI T1 WI and T2WI-FS satisfied the requirements of measurement,and the high signal of quadratus femoris could be seen in 4 joints on T2WI-FS.(2)The mean values of IFI anatomical parameters in different positions were as follows:IFS,QFS,ISA,ISS were 2.29 ± 0.57 cm,1.90 ± 0.51 cm,125.47±1.60°,10.18 ± 0.53 cm in male,1.70 ± 0.58 cm,1.23 ± 0.47 cm,134.00±2.97 °,12.49 ± 0.88 cm in female with foot external;3.28±0.74 cm,2.71±0.73 cm,125.80±1.70°,10.14± 0.69 cm in male,2.44±0.89 cm,1.71±0.68 cm,134.03±3.13 °,12.51±0.94 cm in female with foot neutral;4.18±0.71 cm,3.50±0.70 cm,126.00±1.56°,10.24±0.56 cm in male,3.14±0.87 cm,2.27±0.75 cm,134.09±3.33°,12.50±0.95 cm in female with foot internal.(3)There was no significant difference between the two sides of IFS and QFS in the same position.(4)In the same position:the IFS and QFS of male were higher than female;the ISA and ISS were smaller than those of women.(5)There was no significant correlation between BMI and IFS,QFS,ISS,ISA.(6)The correlation between ISS ISA,and IFS QFS was significantly negative.(7)The IFS and QFS were related to position changes.IFS and QFS of the external rotation of foot were less than the neutral and the internal,and the neutral were less than the internal.But there was no significant difference between ISS and ISA in the three position.(8)The IFI anatomical parameters of the spontaneous delivery group and natural labor group were not identical in the same position,but the difference were no statistical.Conclusion:(1)The IFS QFS ISA ISS of male and female volunteers in different foot positions that we measured can provide reference for the accurate diagnosis of IFI.(2)IFS and QFS are symmetrical between left and right.(3)The different anatomic structure of pelvis and hip between men and women suggests that women may be more likely to suffer from IFI.(4)Larger external rotation angle of foot,smaller IFS and QFS,suggest that long-time external rotation position of the foot may be one of the factors leading to IFI.(5)There was no correlation between the IFI anatomic parameters and BMI,suggest that no significant correlation between risk of IFI and fat or thin.(6)ISS and ISA are relatively fixed.Pelvis is a relatively stable,which is not affected by postural changes,procreate and BMI.(7)ISA and ISS are correlated with IFS and QFS negatively,suggest that larger ISA and ISS may be prone to ischiofemoral impact syndrome.(8)There was no significant correlation between the natural labor or not and the anatomical parameters of IFI,suggest that no significant correlation between procreate and the risk of IFI.
