Construction Of Assessment And Evaluation System For Joint Training Mode Of Master Of Nursing Specialist And Clinical Nurse Specialist In China

Objective: To construct a set of assessment and evaluation system for joint training mode of Master of Nursing Specialist and Clinical Nurse Specialist,which is scientific,standard and detailed in order to provide a reference basis for promoting the development of Master of Nursing Specialist and promoting the training and evaluation of high-level nursing talents.Methods: On the basis of literature review and data analysis,combined with the previous results of the research group,and through the discussion and analysis of the research group,an initial assessment and evaluation system for joint training mode of Master of Nursing Specialist and Clinical Nurse Specialist was formed,which includes two parts: evaluation index and assessment method.The part of evaluation index was composed of 7 first grade indexes,24 second grade indexes and 94 third grade indexes,and the part of assessment method was composed of 5 modules and 40 specific items.Based on this,the expert questionnaire was designed.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was applied to quantify evaluation indexes at all grades and calculate the weight of each index.Results: In the first round of consultation,42 questionnaires were sent out and 38 questionnaires were collected,the efficiency of first rounds of consultation were 90.48%,the authority of expert coefficient in the first round were 0.82.In the second round of consultation,38 questionnaires were sent out and 37 questionnaires were collected,the efficiency of second rounds of consultation were97.37%,the authority of expert coefficient in the first round were 0.83.The significance test of both Kendall’s Coordination Coefficient had statistical significance(P<0.001).The final assessment and evaluation system for joint training mode of Master of Nursing Specialist and Clinical Nurse Specialist was constructed with two parts: evaluation index and assessment method.The part of evaluation index was composed of 7 first grade indexes,24 second grade indexes and 96 third grade indexes,and the part of assessment method was composed of 5 modules and 40 specific items.Conclusion: The assessment and evaluation system for joint training mode of Master of Nursing Specialist and Clinical Nurse Specialist is reasonable.It can provide a reference for the training,assessment and evaluation of master of nursing specialists joint with clinical nurse specialists in China.
