| Research Purpose:The descriptive nature study was used to explore the activity experience and influencing factors of type 2 diabetes patients with insufficient physical activity,and to provide basis for the clinical development of individual physical activity program.Research Methods:In this study,the maximum variation sampling strategy of the targeted sampling method was adopted,and the physical activity scale was used to select T2 DM patients with insufficient physical activity in the endocrinology department of a tertiary general hospital in Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province as the research object.Through face-to-face semi-structured interviews,the transcribed texts were analyzed and sorted according to the method of content analysis,and themes and sub-themes were formed through open coding and classification.Research Results:In this study,a total of 16 T2 DM patients with insufficient physical activity were included.Through analysis and sorting,5 themes and 15 subthemes were summarized as follows: Theme 1:Low self-efficacy(patients’ role degradation,lack of confidence,fear,lack of motivation and activity pleasure,Inadequate awareness of physical activity);Theme 2: Insufficient social support(lack of health care education,lack of suitable activity places,lack of peer support);Theme 3:Force Majeure(weather/season,influenza epidemic);Theme four: social culture(filial piety,following children’s advice,fatalism);Topic 5: Factors that promote physical activity(perceived benefits of physical activity,responsibility).Research Conclusion:These factors reflects the lack of physical activity of type 2 diabetes patients with true feelings,can provide clinical activity strategy,one layer is a surface,enrich the basic knowledge of physical activity,diabetes patients to change their sedentary living habits,to promote the formation of physical activity in patients with autonomic motivation,improve the processing capacity of people with diabetes for physical activity of adverse events,and provide appropriate physical activity for patients with complications;The second is to enhance the necessary social support of patients through multi-party cooperation at the social level;Thirdly,at the level of medical care,we should improve the cognition and level of physical activity of medical staff,provide targeted behavior change strategies,and use modern technology to promote physical activity of patients. |
