| Research Purpose:1.According to the characteristics of cognitive impairment in patients with Alzheimer’s disease and the dimensions of MMSE cognitive assessment,a virtual comprehensive cognitive intervention program based on Montessori education theory is constructed.2.Implement virtual comprehensive cognitive intervention for patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease, explore its intervention effects, and provide strategies for clinical intervention for patients with dementia.Research Methods:1.The literature review method and expert consultation method are used to construct a virtual comprehensive cognitive intervention program based on Montessori education theory with multiple cognitive dimensions.2.64 patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease from January 2020 to December2020 in a tertiary hospital of Huzhou City were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 32 cases in the experimental group and 32 cases in the control group. The experimental group was given virtual comprehensive cognitive intervention based on conventional nursing, and the control group was given conventional nursing. The intervention time was 8 weeks. After 4 or 8 weeks of intervention, the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)and the Ability of Daily Living Scale were used(ADL),Self Emotion Rating Scale(SAM)and Experience Attitude Scale to evaluate the intervention effect of the research subjects.Research Results1.According to the cognitive assessment dimensions of Alzheimer’s disease patients and MMSE,a virtual comprehensive cognitive intervention scheme based on Montessori education theory was constructed, which was a training combination of various daily activities in the fields of execution, naming, attention and calculation, language, abstract thinking, orientation and memory.2.The effect of a virtual comprehensive cognitive intervention program on patients with Alzheimer’s disease(1)Baseline comparison before intervention: There was no statistical difference in the scores of gender, age, education level, occupation, marriage, combined diseases, living style, family history,CDR,MMSE,ADL,and SAM between the two groups of study subjects(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of MMSE scores between the two groups: 1)Comparison between groups:using independent sample t-test,the results after 4 weeks of intervention showed that there was no significant difference in MMSE scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and the results after 8weeks of intervention showed differences in MMSE score All were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the difference between the two groups before the intervention and 4and 8 weeks after the intervention showed that the MMSE of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after the intervention 4 and 8 weeks, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)Comparison within groups: Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to compare the MMSE scores of the two groups at different time points. The results showed that the MMSE scores of each group at different time points were statistically different(P<0.05).Each group was compared in pairs:(1)Experimental group: MMSE scores at different time points were compared in pairs with statistical differences(P<0.05).(2)Control group: The MMSE scores were significantly different after 4 and 8 weeks of intervention and before the intervention(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in MMSE scores between the4 and 8 weeks of intervention(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of ADL scores between the two groups: 1)Comparison between groups:using independent sample t-test,the results after 4 weeks of intervention showed that there was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and the results after 8weeks of intervention showed the ADL scores of the two groups The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the difference between the two groups before the intervention and 4 and 8 weeks after the intervention showed that the ADL of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after the intervention 4 and 8 weeks, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)Comparison within groups: Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to compare the ADL scores of the two groups at different time points. The results showed that the ADL scores of each group were statistically different at different time points(P<0.05).Each group was compared in pairs:(1)Experimental group: ADL scores at different time points were compared in pairs with statistical differences(P<0.05).(2)Control group: ADL scores were statistically different in pair comparison at different time points(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of SAM scores between the two groups: 1)Comparison between groups:using independent sample t-test,the results after 4 and 8 weeks of intervention showed that the differences in SAM scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of the difference between the two groups before intervention and after 4 and 8 weeks of intervention showed that the SAM score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after 4 and 8 weeks of intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)Comparison within groups: Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to compare the SAM scores of the two groups at different time points. The results showed that the SAM scores of each group at different time points were statistically different(P<0.05).Each group was compared in pairs:(1)Experimental group: SAM scores at different time points were compared in pairs with statistical differences(P<0.05).(2)Control group: There were statistically significant differences in the arousal and pleasure scores at different time points in the SAM score(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in dominance scores before intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention,4 weeks after the intervention, and 8 weeks after intervention(P>0.05),and the difference between before intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The mean and standard deviation were used to statistically describe the experience attitude scale scores of the experimental group 8 weeks after the intervention. The results showed that the total score was 21.13±1.592 points, and the research subjects had good intervention experience.Research Conclusion:1.The virtual comprehensive cognitive intervention program based on Montessori education theory with multiple cognitive dimensions is practical, safe, and effective.2.Virtual comprehensive cognitive intervention can improve the cognitive level and ability of daily living of patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer’s disease, improve self-emotion,and the effect will be significant as the intervention time is extended, and it can be used in clinical promotion. |
