Coordination Strategy Of Medical Service Supply Chain Based On Health Data Bank

With the vigorous development of Internet plus in China,the health industry has taken the opportunity to start prairie fire.In recent years,the "big health industry" has shifted from the original prevention and treatment to self-health management,and the effective operation of health management is based on a supply chain constructed by multiple organizations such as hospitals,scientific research institutes,doctors,health service institutions and users.The roles of these organizations include: providers of medical knowledge(health management knowledge),processors of knowledge(providing value-added services),recipients of knowledge,etc.The health data bank discussed in this thesis is a kind of health management knowledge processor.Through big data analysis,it further integrates resources,excavates value,and even produces derivatives to provide value-added services for customers.Based on the research of health data bank(a kind of data processor providing value-added services),this thesis focuses on three aspects:1)Based on the theory of medical service supply chain and health data bank,a medical service supply chain is established in which medical knowledge is provided by medical knowledge provider and health data bank provides big data derivatives to data users through big data analysis.At the same time,considering the intangibility of health data derivatives and the heterogeneity of data users,knowledge production function is used to describe the output of health data derivatives as information products,which is the basis of the coordination model of health service supply chain based on health data bank.2)In view of the participation of a single medical knowledge provider,combining the principle of revenue sharing coordination of supply chain and the contribution degree of knowledge production function,a revenue sharing coordination model of medical service supply chain based on contribution degree is established.In order to achieve the quality control of knowledge provided by medical knowledge providers,and analyze the influencing factors of the quality efforts of medical knowledge providers and the pricing decisions of health data banks.3)In view of the participation of multiple medical knowledge providers,according to the relative size of the complementarity or substitution between big data derivatives and the different market share,this thesis studies the two chain revenue sharing coordination model of medical service supply chain based on contribution degree.In order to achieve the quality control of medical knowledge provided by multiple medical knowledge providers when they are involved,and analyze the influencing factors of quality efforts of medical knowledge providers,and the influencing factors of price and competition intensity of quality efforts on various benefits.The research results of this thesis enrich the quantitative research system related to health data bank and medical service supply chain,expand the application scope of knowledge production function,provide an effective decision-making way and basis for the coordination of medical service supply chain,and also introduce a new research direction for the related fields of health data bank and medical service supply chain.
