| Autism is a kind of widespread developmental disorder,.It is mainly manifested as social communication disorder,narrow range of interests,rigid or abnormal behavior.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of parents’ attention and diagnosis,the incidence rate of autism has been increasing year by year.Autism has become the leading cause of mental illness in children.In the 1980 s,China had a preliminary understanding and Research on autism,which was nearly 40 years later than that of developed countries.In 2020,the CDC released a 1:54 autism prevalence rate,which is remarkable.According to this ratio,the number of autistic patients in China has reached more than 25 million,which is a very large group.With the increasing diagnosis rate of autistic children,China has begun to pay attention to the rehabilitation education of autistic children,and has issued a series of policies and measures.At present,the social support of autistic children has been gradually improved.However,compared with autistic children,older autistic patients over the age of 16 will face the "cliff of welfare",and the corresponding social support will be greatly reduced.It can even be said that among all disabled people,older autistic patients have become the group with the most serious lack of rights and interests.Most of them are supported by their families and enjoy extremely limited social support.Just imagine,when more and more autistic children grow up and enter their youth and prime of life,this rapidly growing group will bring a series of problems to individuals,families and even the society,which are related to family harmony and social stability.Therefore,it is urgent to build a social support system for older autistic patients.In this paper,combined with the relevant theories of social support,based on the existing research results,the necessity of social support for older autistic patients is analyzed,and the basic content of social support for older autistic patients is clarified.And from the actual situation of J City,provide some path suggestions for J city to build social support for older autistic patients.In order to ensure that the opinions and suggestions are in line with the reality of J City,this paper uses the way of interview survey to go deep into this group,to understand in detail the living conditions of older autistic patients in J City,as well as the social support they enjoy,and analyzes the restrictive factors of constructing social support for older autistic patients in J City,and obtains the relevant system and policy-making,policy-making and social support for older autistic patients in J city There are many shortcomings in staff development,social acceptance and service convergence.Then,it analyzes the practice and exploration in related fields at home and abroad to provide practical reference for the construction of social support for older autistic patients in J city.Finally,according to the theoretical research and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the path suggestions of constructing social support for older autistic patients in J city.Formal support: establish and improve the policy support system for older autistic groups;To provide a good development environment for related institutions and professionals of older autistic patients;To guide and support non-governmental organizations and social organizations to explore the establishment of "training +employment + maintenance" mode for older autistic patients.Informal support:strengthen publicity and education to create an understanding and inclusive social environment for older autistic patients;Encourage family members of patients to integrate social resources and establish self-help and mutual aid groups. |
