| Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of Sotn ureterorenoscope and ureteroscopy in the treatment of unilateral ureteral calculi. Methods The clinical data of 118 patients with unilateral ureteral calculi admitted to Enshi Central Hospital from February 2019 to July 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, according to the different surgical methods,58 cases were divided into the Sotn ureterorenoscope group and 60 cases in the ureteroscopy group.Compare two groups of operation time, postoperative hospitalization days, cost of treatment, pain score 24 h after surgery, stone free rate of 1 day after operation, stone free rate of 1month after operation,a period into the mirror failure rate, incidence of stage II lithotripsy, incidence of postoperative complications.Patients were divided into upper ureteral segment and middle and lower ureteral segment for subgroup analysis according to different calculi locations.Results(1)Operation time was(34.17±6.49)min,postoperative hospitalization days was(3.67±0.52)days,cost of treatment was(12.07±0.54)thousand yuan, pain score 24 h after surgery was(2.36±0.99)points,stone free rate of 1 day after operation was 87.93%,and stone free rate of 1 month after operation was 96.55%,a period into the mirror failure rate was 12.07%,incidence of stage II lithotripsy was 17.24%,incidence of postoperative complications was 12.07% in the Sotn ureterorenoscope group;the ureteroscopy group was(36.83±7.43)min,(3.78±0.98)days,(12.22±0.55)thousand yuan,(3.03±0.96)points,70.00%,81.67%,5.00%,20.00%,28.33%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of operation time, pain score24 h after surgery, stone free rate of 1 day after operation, stone free rate of 1 month after operation, incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in postoperative hospital days, treatment costs,a period into the mirror failure rate, incidence of stage II lithotripsy(P>0.05).(2)For upper ureteral calculi, operation time was(35.18±7.12)min,pain score 24 h after surgery was(2.39 ±1.08)points,stone free rate of 1 day after operation was 87.88%,and stone free rate of 1 month after operation was96.97%,incidence of postoperative complications was 12.12% in the Sotn ureterorenoscope group;the ureteroscopy group was(38.91 ± 7.42)min,(3.56 ±0.86)points,67.65%,76.47%,32.35%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of operation time, pain score24 h after operation, stone free rate of 1 day after operation, stone free rate of 1 month after operation, incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).(3)For middle and lower ureteral calculi, operation time was(32.84±5.40)min,pain score 24 h after surgery was(2.32±0.85)points,stone free rate of 1 day after operation was 88.00%,and stone free rate of 1 month after operation was 96.00%,incidence of postoperative complications was 12.00% in the Sotn ureterorenoscope group;the ureteroscopy group was(34.12 ± 6.64)min,(2.34 ± 0.56)points,73.08%,88.46%,23.08%,respectively.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in operation time, pain score 24 h after surgery, stone free rate of 1 day after operation, stone free rate of 1 month after operation, incidence of postoperative complications(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)Both Sotn ureterorenoscope and ureteroscopy were safe and effective surgical methods for unilateral ureteral calculi.(2)Compared with ureteroscopy,Sotn ureterorenoscope had shorter operative time, less postoperative pain, higher stone free rate, better security in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.(3)For the treatment of middle and lower ureteral calculi,Sotn ureterorenoscope and ureteroscopy have the same clinical efficacy and safety. |
