Study On Facial Infrared Thermal Imaging And Changes Of TCM Syndromes Of Drug Addicts In Rehabilitation Period Under Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Intervention

Objective:Use facial infrared thermal imager to observe the rehabilitation of drug addicts repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation(r TMS)before and after the intervention of facial temperature change,the partition of the viscera and at the same time with the aid of syndrome factor differentiation principle,study of r TMS convalescence drug addicts before and after the intervention of facial viscera partition temperature change and the correlation between visceral functions,application for facial infrared thermal imager to objectively reflect the health status change addicts to provide basic data.Methods:In this study,there were 130 drug addicts in recovery stage,100 in the experimental group(r TMS treatment group)and 30 in the control group(pseudo-stimulation group).The subjects in the experimental group were selected the Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex(DLPFC)for high-frequency r TMS treatment,while the subjects in the control group were selected the same site for pseudo-stimulation.Treatment was given once a week for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,TCM health status was evaluated by syndrome differentiation.At the same time,facial infrared thermal imaging device was used to observe the temperature changes of each facial region before and after treatment.Results:1.The distribution frequency of TCM syndromes in this study: in the experimental group,the distribution frequency of disease site syndromes from high to low was kidney,liver,spleen,stomach,lung,etc.;after treatment,the distribution frequency of disease site syndromes from high to low was kidney,liver,spleen,lung,stomach,etc.;In the experimental group,the frequency of syndromes of disease were Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,heat,Yang deficiency and phlegm from high to low before treatment.After treatment,the frequency of syndromes of disease was Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,heat,Yang deficiency and phlegm from high to low.In the control group,the distribution frequencies of disease site elements were kidney,liver,spleen,stomach and lung from high to low before treatment,and kidney,liver,spleen,lung and stomach from high to low after treatment.In the control group,the frequency of syndromes of disease were Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,heat and blood deficiency from high to low before treatment;after treatment,the frequency of syndromes of disease was Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,heat and blood deficiency from high to low.2.The difference in the changes of the five viscera syndrome elements and the gallbladder and stomach syndrome elements in the experimental group before and after r TMS treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),while the difference in the changes of the liver,spleen and stomach syndrome elements before and after pseudo stimulation in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The difference of average facial infrared temperature changes in A5,B1,C1 and C4 regions before and after r TMS intervention was statistically significant(P<0.01);In the control group,there was no significant difference in the average facial infrared temperature of15 facial regions before and after pseudo-stimulus intervention(P>0.05).4.In terms of correlation,the changes of renal syndromes in the experimental group were positively correlated with the changes of average facial infrared temperature in A5,B1 and C4 regions;The changes of gallbladder syndromes were positively correlated with the changes of average facial infrared temperature in A5,B1 and C4 regions.There was a positive correlation between the change of gastric syndrome and the change of facial infrared average temperature in facial region A5.Conclusion:1.According to the results of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,we believe that people in the rehabilitation period of drug abstinence mainly suffer from damage of kidney,liver and spleen.The common syndrome elements of deficiency are Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency and qi deficiency,while the common solid syndrome elements are heat and phlegm.2.Compared with the control group,the scores of TCM syndromes in the experimental group decreased significantly,indicating that the TCM health status of the drug addicts in the rehabilitation period after high-frequency r TMS treatment has been improved.3.In the experimental group,there was a correlation between the temperature change of the facial viscera reflex area and the function change of viscera,suggesting that the facial infrared thermal imaging map could objectively reflect the functional changes of human viscera.
