Objective:The symmetry of bilateral abdominal muscle recruitment ability of hemiplegic patients and its correlation with posture control ability were observed by ultrasound,and the effects of different acupuncture depth of Dai Mai(GB26)point on abdominal muscle recruitment ability and posture control ability of hemiplegic patients were discussed.Methods:1.30 patients with left hemiplegia and 30 patients with right hemiplegia after stroke were recruited as the observation group and 30 healthy subjects as the control group.The thickness changes of bilateral Tra,IO and EO during contraction were measured by ultrasound to quantify the ability of muscle recruitment,and the symmetry of recruitment ability of bilateral abdominal muscles was compared.2.96 patients with apoplectic hemiplegia were selected as the study subjects.The recruitment ability of bilateral Tra,IO and EO was evaluated by ultrasound,posture control,balance and activities of daily living were evaluated by PASS,BBS and ADL3.96 cases of stroke were randomly divided into control group,shallow acupuncture group and deep acupuncture group.The control group was given basic treatment,the shallow acupuncture group plus bilateral acupuncture points with pulse acupuncture to the abdomen of IO muscle,and the deep acupuncture group with bilateral acupuncture points with pulse points to the abdomen of Tra muscle.The abdominal muscle recruitment ability and the scores of PASS,BBS and FAC were used as evaluation indexes,and the data were evaluated before and 3 weeks after treatment.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The EO of the affected side was thicker than that of the normal side in the hemiplegic patients at rest,and the bilateral Tra of the control group was significantly thinner than that of the hemiplegic patients.During exercise,there was no significant difference in the contraction ratio of Tra,IO and EO on both sides of the control group,but there was significant difference in the contraction ratio of abdominal muscles on both sides of the hemiplegia patients.2.The scores of PASS,BBS and ADL were positively correlated with the contraction ratio of Tra and IO,and negatively correlated with the contraction ratio of EO,while the posture maintenance score of PASS scale was positively correlated with the contraction ratio of Tra and IO on both sides of the disease,and negatively correlated with the contraction ratio of EO.The score of posture change was positively correlated with the contraction ratio of IO on the affected side at the completion of ADIM,negatively correlated with the contraction ratio of EO on the affected side,positively correlated with the contraction ratio of healthy,Tra and IO on the affected side when AC was completed,and negatively correlated with the contraction ratio of EO on the affected side.3.After treatment,the Tra contraction ratio of the affected side in the deep acupuncture group and the shallow acupuncture group at the completion of ADIM was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the Tra contraction ratio on both sides of the healthy side in the deep acupuncture group and the shallow acupuncture group at the completion of AC was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the contraction ratio of Tra on both sides of the healthy side in the deep acupuncture group.After treatment,the contraction of Tra in the deep acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the shallow acupuncture group and the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the IO contraction ratio of the affected side in the deep needling group and the shallow acupuncture group at the completion of ADIM and AC was significantly higher than that before treatment.There was no significant difference in the IO contraction ratio between the deep acupuncture group and the shallow acupuncture group after treatment.After treatment,the IO contraction of the affected side in the deep acupuncture group and the shallow acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the contractile ratio of EO on the affected side decreased significantly in the deep needling group and shallow needling group at the completion of ADIM,and the contractile ratio of EO on the healthy side in the three groups increased significantly at the completion of AC.There was no significant difference in the contraction ratio of EO between the deep needling group and the shallow needling group after treatment.After treatment,the EO contraction of the affected side in the deep acupuncture group and the shallow acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the completion of ADIM,and the EO contraction on the affected side in the deep acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the control group when AC was completed after treatment.The scores of PASS,BBS and FAC in the three groups before treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The scores of PASS,BBS and ADL in the deep acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the shallow acupuncture group and the control group after treatment.There were significant differences in the scores of the two parts of the PASS scale among the three groups before and after treatment.The scores of posture maintenance in the deep acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the shallow acupuncture group and the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).The scores of posture change in the deep acupuncture group and the shallow acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.The muscles of both sides of the abdomen of healthy people were symmetrically thickened during exercise,while the Tra and IO of the affected side of hemiplegic patients were worse than those of the healthy side,while EO was on the contrary.2.The scores of PASS,BBS and ADL in hemiplegic patients with stroke were positively correlated with the contractile ratio of Tra and IO,and negatively correlated with the contractile ratio of EO.3.Deep acupuncture of Dai Mai point can increase the contraction ratio of Tra and IO on the affected side of stroke hemiplegic patients,and improve the posture control ability of stroke patients.Shallow acupuncture of Dai Mai point can increase the contraction ratio of IO and improve the ability of dynamic balance.
