The Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Shugan Xiehuo Anshen Acupuncture On The Treatment Of Insomnia Type Of Liver Depression And Fire-transforming Based On The Thinking Of Tiaoshu

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Xiehuo Anshen acupuncture on the treatment of insomnia type of liver depression and fire-transforming based on the thinking of Tiaoshu.MethodsAccording to the generation method of statistical software,108 patients with insomnia type of liver depression and fire-transforming were randomly divided into two groups.54 patients in the control group were treated with 3mg of Eszopiclone tablet every night before going to bed,54 patients in the experimental group were treated with the Shugan Xiehuo Anshen acupuncture.The acupuncture points were selected as Hegu point(bilateral),Taichong point(bilateral),Fengchi point(bilateral),Baihui point,Shenmen point(bilateral),Sanyinjiao point(bilateral).All patients were treated once a day,7 days as a course of treatment,a total of 4courses of treatment.finally,the changes of PSQI score,ESS score and the TCM syndrome integral of liver depression and fire-transforming were observed before treatment,after 4courses of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and the clinical effect were compared between two groups.ResultsFinally,99 patients completed the study,including 50 in the experimental group and 49 in the control group.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).During the course of treatment,no adverse reaction occurred in both groups.1.There was no statistically significant difference in PSQI score,ESS score and the TCM syndrome integral of liver depression and fire-transforming between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.At the 4-week follow-up after treatment,there were statistically significant difference in PSQI score,ESS score and the TCM syndrome integral of liver depression and fire-transforming(P<0.05).Within group comparison,in terms of PSQI score,the follow-up of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the follow-up of the treatment group was lower than that after treatment,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05),the follow-up of the control group was higher than that after treatment,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05);in terms of ESS score and the TCM syndrome integral of liver depression and fire-transforming,the follow-up of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The follow-up of the treatment group was lower than that after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The follow-up of the control group was higher than that after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.In terms of clinical effect,the effective rate was 88.00% in the treatment group and 73.47%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After statistical analysis,the improvement of each observation index in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group,the short-term effect was positive,and the clinical effect was better than that in the control group.Conclusion1.Both Shugan Xiehuo anshen acupuncture and take Eszopiclone tablets can improve the sleep quality,daytime somnolence and liver depression and fire-transforming syndrome in patients with insomnia,the short-term and long-term curative effect of Shugan Xiehuo Anshen acupuncture was better than that of take Eszopiclone tablets.2.The overall curative effect of Shugan Xiehuo Anshen acupuncture is better than that of take Eszopiclone tablets.Both of them have better safety and compliance.3.Shugan Xiehuo Anshen acupuncture has a positive effect,no adverse reaction and good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
