Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type By Massage Ears And Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of auricular operation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of qi stagnation and blood stasis and its effect on the evaluation of symptoms and functions of cervical vertigo(ESCV),the integral of TCM symptoms,and the diameter of bilateral vertebral artery.Methods:From June 2020 to January 2021,66 cases of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were selected by acupuncture department of Fujian second people’s Hospital,It was randomly divided into observation group(combined with acupuncture group)and control group(flunarizine hydrochloride capsule group)in 33 cases.The observation group used acupuncture points of Baihui,Sishencong,Fengchi(bilateral)and Houxi,Keep the needle for 30 minutes;After acupuncture,the operation point of ear movement,Shenmen,kidney area,spleen and stomach area,heart point,ear screen,cervical vertebra,sympathetic,ear lobe.Ear operation twice.Once a day,A total of 14 days of operation.Result:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups ESCV total score,vertigo score,shoulder and neck pain score and headache score(P>0.05)between the two groups before treatment.There were significant differences ESCV vertigo score,neck and shoulder pain score,headache score and total score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in vertigo score,shoulder and neck pain score,headache score and total score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM symptom score: before treatment,the two groups were compared between groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Changes of vascular diameter in bilateral vertebral artery: there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared between groups(P<0.05).4.clinical efficacy comparison: the total effective rate in the observation group was 87.10 and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.33.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.auricular operation combined with acupuncture and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule can effectively improve the total score,vertigo score,headache score,neck and shoulder pain score and TCM symptom score of patients with vertebral artery cervical spondylosis with qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Auricular operation combined with acupuncture has some advantages in improving vertigo,neck and shoulder pain and TCM symptom score.2.Combined acupuncture and flunarizine hydrochloride capsule can enlarge the vascular diameter of vertebral artery in patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type CSA.
