Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yueju pill and Zuojin pill combined with western medicine on NERD(non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease)with depression of liver-stomach heat retention type.Methods:1.selected 72 standard cases of liver stomach wind-cold type NERD with depression patients from February 1,2020 to February 1,2021,which was from the digestive diseases and digestive endoscopy clinics of People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,as the research object.According to the random number table, they are divided into two groups, the Western medicine control group and the traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine group, each with 36 cases.2.Gave the control group esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets combined with flupentixol melitracine tablets and added Yueju pill and Zuojin pill to the observation group on the basis of control group. Both groups took medicine for 8 weeks.3.Collected patients’ gender, age, disease course and other clinical data. The TCM symptom scores,GERD rating scale,HAMD rating scale and adverse reactions after treatment were observed before and after treatment, and the data were recorded.Results:1.Comparison of clinical data: there was no significant difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Comparison of the total effective rates of main symptoms: the total effective rates of acid reflux symptoms in the control group and the observation group were 79.41% and93.94%,respectively.The overall efficacy of acid reflux symptoms in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(P>0.05).The total effective rates of heartburn in the control group and the observation group were 73.53% and 96.97%,respectively.The overall curative effect of heartburn symptoms was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of single symptom scores: after treatment, the advantages of epigastric distension and irritability in the observation group were especially obvious(P<0.01),and the differences were statistically significant.Patients with heartburn, retrosternal burning pain, epigastric burning pain, belching or regurgitation in the observation were also better than the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant. However, the two treatments had the same effect on acid reflux and hunger(P>0.05).4.Comparison of TCM symptom total scores and efficacy: total scores of TCM symptom of the two groups were significantly improved Compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was93.94%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 79.41%,which showed that the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of RDQ scales: the RDQ scales of both groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement degree in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.Comparison of HAMD score scales: HAMD score scales of both groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement degree of observation group was greater than that of control group(P<0.05).7.Comparison of adverse reactions: the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group after treatment was 32.53%,while the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.12%,with P<0.05,showing comparability.8.Comparison of the correlation between the difference of total scores of TCM symptoms and the change of depression scores between the two groups: there was a positive correlation between the two groups(correlation coefficient r=0.309),and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yueju pill and Zuojin pill combined with western medicine can effectively improve symptoms of NERD patients with depression of liver-stomach heat retention type, which is better than western medicine alone, and the safety and efficacy is relatively certain.2.In terms of adverse reactions,Yueju pill and Zuojin pill combined with western medicine treatment is better than western medicine treatment alone.3.There was a positive correlation between the difference of total scores of TCM symptoms and the change of depression scores in NERD patients with liver-stomach heat retention type.
