Objective:By systematically combing the related literature in the field of manual treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,we can clearly show the development context of this field,accurately grasp the research status,find the leading figures and main research units of the discipline,find the research hotspots and development trends in this field,and provide research direction information and data reference for manual treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:In this study,1052 articles about manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from the establishment of the database to December 31,2019 were included as the data source.To standardize the data of traditional Chinese medicine.The document is exported in refworks format and saved in Notepad.The key word K1 was used to record the acupoints,prescriptions,traditional Chinese medicine,and coordinated therapies contained in the literature item by item.Different databases were established and saved in the form of Notepad.Cite Space software was imported,and the author,organization,keywords and other aspects were taken as the main research content to carry out data statistics and visual atlas analysis.Result:1.The published literature in this field is bounded by 2010.Before 2010,the number of published papers increased year by year and decreased occasionally.After 2010,the number of published papers began to fall,but still maintained a high level.2.This field is less supported by the fund,and the national fund is the leading force.3.There are three author cooperation networks in this field,and each network has its core author.4.The main research institution in this field is Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine,most of which are independent research institutions,and there are a few cooperation and cross regional cooperation,mainly concentrated in the north.5.The co-occurrence of key words shows that the key words of literature involve the research methods of literature,such as clinical observation,multi center research,linear correlation,prospective research,etc.;the manipulations of different schools,such as traditional massage manipulation,long’s manipulation,Mulligan’s manipulation,sun’s manipulation,etc.;the syndrome differentiation of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,such as qi stagnation and blood manipulation;Conclusion:1.Although the number of papers published in the field of manual treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy fluctuates occasionally,it still remains at a high level.It is still a hot spot in the field of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treatment,and has high research value.2.Traditional massage,long’s manipulation and Mulligan manipulation are the hot research techniques in the field of manual treatment of CSR;nerve root block is the research hotspot of Western medicine adjuvant therapy in the field of manual treatment of CSR;traditional Chinese medicine is the research hotspot of traditional Chinese medicine adjuvant therapy in the field of manual treatment of CSR;biomechanics is the hot research content,and prospective research is the hot research method.3.When acupuncture combined with manipulation is used to treat CSR,Jiaji acupoint is the first choice,and then the acupoints located in the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming and
