| Objective:To study the clinical effect of balance acupuncture on pain after total knee replacement for knee osteoarthritis, and to provide reference for the application of balancing acupuncture in the treatment of this disease. Methods:From November 2019 to November 2020,60 inpatients who received unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time in the Department of Orthopaedics,Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table. The control group was treated with routine postoperative analgesia, and the patients were treated with indwelling intravenous patient-controlled analgesia pump combined with oral celecoxib. The experimental group was treated with balanced acupuncture on the basis of the control group.VAS score and knee joint motion were recorded before intervention,on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation.Record the use times of analgesic pump in the two groups within 48 hours after operation; The HSS score was evaluated before intervention,on the 7th and 14 th day after operation.Statistical analysis of the above indicators, draw a conclusion.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age, sex, surgical site,KL grade, preoperative VAS score, preoperative knee range of motion and preoperative HSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).2.VAS score: There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before postoperative intervention(P>0.05).Intra-group comparison: the VAS scores of the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation were improved compared with those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: The VAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group on the 3rd,7th and14 th day after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Analgesic pump usage times: The patients in both groups removed the analgesic pump within 48 hours after operation, and within 48 hours, the analgesic pump usage times in the experimental group were less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Knee range of motion: There was no significant difference in knee range of motion between the two groups before postoperative intervention(P>0.05).Intra-group comparison: the range of motion of knee joint in the two groups on the3 rd,7th and 14 th day after operation was improved compared with that before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: The range of motion of knee joint in the experimental group was better than that in the control group on the 3rd,7th and 14 th day after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Hospital For Special Surgery Knee Score: There was no significant difference in HSS score between the two groups before postoperative intervention(P>0.05).Intra-group comparison: the HSS scores on the 7th and 14 th day after operation were higher than those before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: the HSS scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group on the 7th and 14 th day after operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Balance acupuncture is effective in relieving the pain of patients with knee osteoarthritis after total knee arthroplasty, reducing the amount of postoperative analgesics, helping them perform early postoperative knee function exercise and promote the recovery of the overall function of knee.It is safe with less acupoint selection and immediate response. |
