Clinical Effect Of Plum Blossom Acupuncture And Cupping In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Wind Cold And Wet Type

Objective:To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of plum blossom acupuncture and cupping in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of wind cold dampness type with conventional acupuncture,so as to study the effectiveness of skin needle bloodletting in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of wind cold dampness type,and provide a new clinical idea for the treatment of this disease.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.In the treatment group,plum blossom needles were used to evenly and densely tap Dazhui(GV)and bilateral Fengmen(GV)with heavy tapping.The tapping range was 3cm in diameter with the acupoint as the center.When the local skin was bright red and bleeding,the blood was wiped off with sterile dry cotton swab and the tapping was continued.This was repeated twice.After the third tapping,the sterilized vacuum cupping device was immediately pulled out,and the jar was removed 15 minutes later to remove the blood and disinfect the operation site And then covered with sterile gauze.Once every 3 days,3 times as a course of treatment,a total of 7 days;the control group was given acupuncture at Jingjiaji,Fengchi,Tianzhu,Jianjing,Houxi,Waiguan,Hegu,all acupuncture techniques were laxative,after getting Qi,the needle was lifted,inserted and twisted,once for half an hour,once a day,7days as a course of treatment.The neck dysfunction index(NDI),oral description scale(VRS)and neck joint activity table were used as indexes to evaluate the curative effect.The differences between the two methods were compared by statistical analysis.Results :1.A total of 67 cases were completed in this study,of which 1 case fell off in the treatment group,1 case was removed,and 1 case was removed in the control group.There was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease and neck dysfunction index(NDI),oral description score(VRS)and neck range of motion scale between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the neck dysfunction index(NDI),oral description score(VRS)and neck joint range of motion scale of the two groups were compared,and the results were significantly different(P < 0.05),The curative effect of plum blossom needle tapping group was better than that of conventional acupuncture group;.3.After treatment,the cure rate of the treatment group was 66.67%,and that of the control group was 44.12%.According to the comparison of the two groups(P < 0.05),the cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.4.After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%,and that of the control group was 82.35%.According to the comparison of the effective rates of the two groups(P < 0.05),it shows that the effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.This topic through plum blossom needle tapping Dazhui and Fengmen points combined with cupping bloodletting in the treatment of cervical spondylosis(wind col d dampness type),compared with conventional acupuncture,after the evaluation of rel evant observation curative effect index,it is concluded that plum blossom needle tappi ng Dazhui and Fengmen points combined with cupping bloodletting and conventional acupuncture can effectively reduce the patients’ neck pain and cervical activity dysfunc tion,and improve their neck joint function Activity.2.The effective rate and cure rate of plum blossom needle tapping Dazhui and Fengmen combined with cupping and bloodletting in the treatment of cervical spondyl osis(wind cold dampness type)is better than that of conventional acupuncture.
