The Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Tiaoqi Guiyuan Prescription Acupuncture In The Treatment On Senile Insomnia With Incoordination Between Heart And Kidney

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of “Tiaoqi guiyuan prescription” acupuncture in the treatment on senile insomnia with Incoordination between heart and kidney.Methods:80 elderly patients with insomnia of heart kidney disharmony were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with “Tiaoqi guiyuan prescription” acupuncture(Acupoints: Baihui,Guanyuan,Hegu,Zusanli,Taixi,Sanyinjiao,Yintang,Lieque),while the control group was treated with estazolam tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tiaoqi Guiyuan Decoction in the treatment of senile insomnia of heart kidney disharmony type by comparing the changes of indexes of the two groups before and after treatment,including Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,TCM syndrome score,and statistical analysis of data.Results:1.A total of 80 subjects were enrolled in this study,of which 77 patients completed the clinical observation.One case fell off in the treatment group and two cases fell off in the control group.The total fall off rate was 3.75%.2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,PSQI scale,SAS scale and TCM symptom score between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.After treatment,the treatment group was cured in 10 cases,markedly effective in 18 cases,effective in 8 cases,invalid in 3 cases;the control group was cured in 2 cases,markedly effective in 11 cases,effective in 17 cases,invalid in 8 cases.Among them,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,the total effective rate of the control group was78.95%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Before and after treatment,PSQI scores,SAS scores and TCM syndrome scores were improved by treatment methods in both groups.There was significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups(P < 0.05).In terms of the change of TCM syndrome scores,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).5.In the observation of this study,there was no abnormality in the four indicators of vital signs in all subjects before and after treatment.In the treatment group,there was no adverse reaction,and the safety evaluation was grade I;in the control group,4 subjects had mild subjective discomfort such as drowsiness,dizziness and fatigue in clinical observation,but it did not affect the normal life,and they did not stop taking drugs or reduce the amount of drugs during the treatment,and the safety evaluation was grade II,and the safety evaluation of the rest subjects was grade I.Conclusions:1.“Tiaoqi guiyuan prescription” has definite curative effect in treating senile insomnia with Incoordination between heart and kidney.It has more advantages in reducing TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index score and self rating Anxiety Scale score than using estazolam tablets alone.2.During the acupuncture treatment,“Tiaoqi guiyuan prescription” had not been observed adverse reactions and had satisfactory safe.
