Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of renshenyangrong Decoction in the treatment of postoperative chemotherapy for colon cancer with deficiency of qi and blood. Methods: In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria from February2020 to February 2021 and received postoperative chemotherapy for colon cancer with deficiency of qi and blood were randomly divided into the control group(30cases)and the treatment group(30 cases)The control group was treated with XELOX regimen alone, and the treatment group was additiously treated with Ginseng Yangrong Tang Granule. The treatment group and the control group were observed continuously from the second cycle for 5 consecutive cycles to observe and compare the immune indexes of bone marrow hematopoietic function indexes of body weight and quality of life(EORTC QLQ-C30)before and after treatment Score(Version 3)Changes in TCM syndrome scores and drug safety.Results:(1)Immune indicators: intra-group comparison showed that the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in experimental group were increased compared with before treatment, with statistically significant differences(P <0.05),while the levels of CD4+/CD8+ showed no statistically significant differences compared with before treatment(P >0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in the control group were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+/CD8+ were not significantly different from those before treatment(P >0.05).Comparison between the two groups: after treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of CD4+/CD8+ between the experimental group and the control group(P >0.05).(2)Weight: After treatment, the total number of weight gain and stability in the test group was better than that in the control group, and there was a statistical difference in weight change between the two groups(P <0.05).(3)Bone marrow cell indexes: After treatment, the levels of white blood cells, hemoglobin, granulocytes and platelets in 2 groups were all lower than before treatment, with statistical significance(P <0.05).After treatment, the levels of white blood cells, hemoglobin, granulocytes and platelets in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05).During the treatment, there was no case of grade III-IV myelosuppression in the two groups, and the incidence of leukopenia, hemoglobinia, granulocytopenia and thrombocytopenia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05).(4)Quality of life score(QLQ-C30 V3.0 score): After treatment, the scores of physical function, role function and total health status in the test group were better than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P <0.05).The scores of fatigue, nausea and vomiting, shortness of breath, insomnia and diarrhea in the test group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in emotion, cognition, loss of appetite, constipation and economic difficulties between the two groups(P >0.05).(5)TCM syndrome score: intra-group comparison after treatment: the total TCM syndrome score in the experimental group was lower than before treatment, with statistically significant difference(P <0.05);The total scores of TCM syndromes in the control group after treatment were slightly lower than before treatment, but there was no significant difference(P BBB 0 0.05).Comparison between groups after treatment: the total score of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the overall curative effect level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, with statistically significant differences(P <0.05).After treatment, the single TCM symptom scores of shortness of breath, fatigue, fatigue and dizziness in the test group were all lower than those in the control group, with statistical difference(P <0.05).(6)Safety indicators: During the treatment, there was no level III or IV drug toxicity in patients of the two groups, and there were no significant differences in the changes of creatinine, urea nitrogen, alanine transaminase and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The application of renshenyangrong decoction in postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer patients with deficiency of qi and blood can enhance the immune function of patients, reduce the bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy, stabilize or increase the weight of patients, improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and improve the quality of life of patients.
