Research On The Chinese Government’S Strategy For The Prevention And Control Of The New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Based On The 4CS Theory

Using new theories and perspectives to study the successful experience and enlightenment of the Chinese government in the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus epidemic will be of great significance to the government in all aspects of its work in the future.In view of this,this article uses the 4CS theory as an analysis tool,hoping to find new ideas for the research of my country’s response to public health emergencies.First,it explained related concepts and theoretical foundations,and also cited a series of speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping during the epidemic and related policies issued by the government to provide a policy basis for the analysis of the measures in the second half.Secondly,based on practical needs and theoretical support,the rationality and feasibility of using 4CS theory to study government epidemic prevention and control strategies are analyzed.So,how should the government use the 4CS theory to respond to the epidemic? The third part of this article,from the perspective of 4CS theory,discusses the Chinese government’s prevention and control strategies for the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,from meeting the people’s life safety and physical health needs,reducing the cost of living during the epidemic,and improving the people’s enjoyment of life during the epidemic.The convenience of the establishment of a two-way communication mechanism for mutual response and the establishment of a two-way communication mechanism in order to present the specific response strategy of the Chinese government under emergencies,and the U.S.government’s capital supremacy,power supremacy,ignoring the needs of the masses,lack of sound medical protection,and treatment of the people.The high cost,the political parties shirk each other and their own governance,the masses cannot enjoy convenient services,and the epidemic information is in sharp contrast.This highlights the current government’s use of 4CS theory to prevent and control the epidemic,and confirms the use of 4CS theory in the process of responding to public health emergencies.The necessity of the Chinese system and the superiority of the Chinese system.Finally,a summary of the experience and enlightenment of our country’s strategies for prevention and control of the epidemic,and the conclusion is that the Communist Party of China is the core organizational guarantee,the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is an important institutional guarantee,and the broad masses of the people are the key to rely on.At the same time,on this basis,it further summarizes the enlightenment for the government’s response to public health emergencies in our country,namely: strengthen political leadership to fully meet the needs of the people;strengthen the organization of the masses and reduce the cost of peoples enjoyment of services;strengthen social appeal,Improve the convenience of the masses;strengthen the ideological leadership and improve the communication between the masses.In order to further improve the modernization of my country’s governance system and governance capabilities in response to public health emergencies.
