Recent years have witnessed a rapid development in Internet technology and various information technologies,which provides help for the monitoring and digital management of cold chain transportation and makes it more scientific,diversified and intelligent.Field investigation and analysis of the cold chain transportation industry showed that blood and vaccines,which are sensitive to temperature and humidity,must be kept in a stable low temperature environment at all times during their transportation and storage.Compared with ordinary refrigerated goods vehicles,medical cold chain vehicles have higher accuracy requirements for on-board positioning and temperature monitoring system.This paper explores the functional requirements and precision requirements of medical cold chain vehicles,combining with relevant industry technologies and experience both domestically and internationally.In order to improve the accuracy of the relevant functions of the cold chain vehicle monitoring system,the combined navigation technology and data fusion technology are taken as the entry point to study the algorithm.Finally,aiming at the requirements of management and monitoring of drug transportation at low temperature,a set of real-time monitoring system of cold chain vehicle was designed and developed on the basis of Internet of Things technology.Specific work is carried out from the following aspects:(1)In order to meet the requirements of navigation precision for medical cold chain vehicles,the on-board navigation system of cold chain vehicles is taken as the research object.When the cold chain vehicle is in the pharmaceutical factory or warehouse park,the surrounding buildings will affect the signal strength of the GPS subsystem of integrated navigation,which will lead to a large positioning error.Therefore,this paper proposes a RFID-based auxiliary navigation scheme.The simulation results are compared with the GPS/INS standard integrated navigation accuracy,and the feasibility of the aided navigation scheme is verified.(2)Taking the temperature monitoring system in the cold chain carriage as the research object,aiming at the low measurement accuracy of the temperature control system due to node failure or abnormal data interference.This paper studies multi-sensor information fusion algorithm and proposes a data fusion algorithm based on classification adaptive estimation and weighting.The algorithm verifies and classifies node data,and has different processing methods for different types of abnormal data.Only valid abnormal data can participate in the data fusion processing of cluster head.Simulation analysis shows that the accuracy of this method is better than arithmetic mean algorithm and batch estimation fusion algorithm,and can meet the accuracy requirements of medical cold chain vehicle temperature monitoring system.(3)Combined with the actual requirements of medical cold chain vehicle management and monitoring,a set of cold chain vehicle real-time monitoring systems is designed and developed.The system is based on STM32F103 processor,which is divided into data acquisition terminal,data processing terminal and background monitoring terminal to carry out hardware selection,software design,and finally to test the whole monitoring system.The final results show that the measured data are accurate,the data between the client and the cloud server are basically synchronized,and the data interaction is stable and reliable,which has a good market application prospect.
