Drug dependence has become a global public health problem.Female drug-dependent people have more psychological problems than normal people or male drug-dependent people.This study uses martial arts as an intervention method,and through experimental comparisons between groups and groups,aims to understand the mental health status of female drug-dependent people with withdrawal,analyze and demonstrate the effect of martial arts exercise on the mental health of female drug-dependent populations,for the later stage provide rehabilitation prescriptions for this population and provide reference for the development of related fields.This research adopts research methods such as literature method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method and so on.A 16-week intervention experiment was carried out in Jiutai Detoxification and Rehabilitation Center of Jilin Province,and 70 cases of female drug dependence patients who met the inclusion criteria and requirements of this experiment were collected for randomization.During the experiment,10 subjects were lost,and the total number of effective subjects was 60.Among them,there were20 cases in the Sanda group,20 cases in the Taijiquan group and 20 cases in the control group.The three groups were carried out strictly in accordance with the experimental program.The course training consisted of 3 exercises per week,each exercise was 60 minutes,medium intensity.Before and after the experiment,three groups of female drug-dependent patients were evaluated for their mental health.The evaluation scale used the SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale.After statistical analysis such as one-sample t-test,paired-sample t-test,and one-way analysis of variance,the following results are obtained:Before the experiment,the nine dimensional indicators of the experimental subjects were all higher than the national norm(p <0.05),and their psychological status was poor.After 16 weeks of martial arts intervention,the compulsiveness,depression,anxiety,hostility,and paranoia of the Taijiquan group participants were significantly different from the pre-experiment test results(p <0.05);the somatization and interpersonal relationship of the Sanda group participants Sensitivity,anxiety,depression and other indicators are significantly different from the results before the experiment(p <0.05);the control group has no significant difference between the two psychological evaluation levels before and after the experiment(p> 0.05).After multiple comparisons,after experimental intervention,in terms of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,and psychosis,the Sanda group had better effects than the Taijiquan group and the control group(p <0.05);In terms of paranoia,the Taijiquan group performed better than the Sanda group and the control group(p <0.05);the total score of the Sanda group was better than the Taijiquan group(p <0.05),and the experimental group performed better than the control group(p <0.05).p <0.05).Based on the above results,the following research conclusions are drawn:1.Female drug withdrawal dependent groups have different levels of mental health problems.After the compulsory isolation detoxification center conducts physical detoxification of female withdrawal drug dependent groups,mental health rehabilitation should be carried out according to the actual situation.2.After 16 weeks of martial arts intervention,Sanda has the greatest improvement effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms of depression,anxiety,somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,and psychosis among women who are dependent on drug withdrawal.Taijiquan has a significant effect on alleviating the symptoms of depression,anxiety,obsessive-compulsive,paranoid,and hostility among women with drug withdrawal.3.The results of the study confirm that martial arts intervention can promote the mental health of women with drug withdrawal and shorten the time of psychological rehabilitation.
