| Objective:To investigate the expression levels of ubiquinol cytochrome c reductase core protein1(UQCRC1)in colorectal cancer tissues, and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and serum carcinoembiyonic antigen(CEA)level. Methods:We randomly select 52 cases of colorectal cancer after radical resection of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College between January 2017 and December2018(28 males and 24 females, aged 20-80 years;tumor size:≤5cm There are 27cases,and 25 cases are>5 cm;Location:26 cases in sigmoid colon and rectum,16cases in ascending colon and cecum,10 cases in descending colon and transverse colon;Histological grade:36 cases of moderately differentiated and well differentiated, low 16cases were differentiated;TMN staging:24 cases in stageⅠandⅡ,28 cases in stageⅢandⅣ),collected the pathological wax blocks of cancer tissue of all cases, and selected 37 cases of adjacent adjacent tissue for control analysis.Collect the serum CEA values of selected cases measured in our hospital before surgery.Immunochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression level of UQCRC1 in cancer tissue, and the obtained data were analyzed using Chi-square test and Spearman correlation analysis method to analyze the relationship between its expression and some clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer, and its relationship with serum CEA value Relevance.P<0.05 indicates that the difference is statistically significant.Results:1.This study found that in 52 cancer tissues,16 cases showed low expression of UQCRC1,with a low expression rate of 30.8%.36 cases showed high expression,4cases showed low expression of UQCRC1 in 37 normal tissues adjacent to cancer,and33 cases showed high expression, with a low expression rate of 10.8%.The difference of which was statistically significant(χ~2=4.94,P<0.05).The low expression rate(45.5%)of the lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that of the non-lymph node metastasis group(20.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=3.86,P<0.05).The expression of UQCRC1 has nothing to do with gender, age, tumor size, degree of differentiation, onset location and stage(P>0.05).2.In this study, the preoperative serum CEA positive rate of patients with colorectal cancer was 40.4%.The positive rate of preoperative serum CEA in patients with colorectal cancer without lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that of patients without lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of CEA in theⅢ+Ⅳgroup was significantly higher than that in theⅠ+Ⅱgroup, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the expression of serum CEA positive in patients with colorectal cancer in different gender, age, tumor size, degree of differentiation, and site of incidence(P>0.05).3.The expression of UQCRC1 in cancer tissues was negatively correlated with preoperative serum CEA levels(r=-0.300,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression level of UQCRC1 in colorectal cancer tissues is lower than its corresponding paracancerous tissues. The low expression rate of UQCRC1 in the positive group of human colorectal cancer lymph node metastasis is higher than that in the negative group, suggesting that it is related to lymph node metastasis.2.Serum CEA level is related to whether colorectal cancer is accompanied by lymph node metastasis and TNM staging.3.The expression of UQCRC1 is negatively correlated with the level of serum CEA,which has a certain reference value for the subsequent study of the combined detection of the two in the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. |
