Application Value Of Nylon Rope Combined With Metal Clip To Seal Ulcer Surface In Acute Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Purpose:To explore the application value of nylon rope combined with metal clip to seal ulcer surface in acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:From January 2016 to December 2019,patients with acute non-variceal upper digestive tract bleeding due to peptic ulcer were reviewed,and 72 cases were selected as the research objects.According to different hemostatic methods during operation,they were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The observation group was treated with nylon rope combined with titanium clip to stop bleeding.The control group was treated with titanium clips alone to stop bleeding.The data of the two groups were collected,and the immediate hemostasis(observed under microscope for 5 minutes after hemostasis),early postoperative rebleeding(no active bleeding within 24 hours after operation),complications and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no cases of immediate hemostasis failure in the observation group,but 4 cases of immediate hemostasis failure in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.176,P=0.041).There were 2(5.56%)cases of bleeding in the observation group within 24 hours after operation,which was lower than 8(22.22%)cases in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.181,P=0.041).There was no delayed perforation in both groups.The postoperative hospital stay in the observation group was(9.9 2.0)days,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(11.0 2.6)days(t=2.078,P=0.025)Conclusion:1.Nylon rope combined with titanium clip has hemostatic effect for peptic ulcer with bleeding.2.Nylon rope combined with titanium clip can improve hemostatic effect,reduce related complications and shorten postoperative hospital stay.
