An Interventional Study Of Medical Social Work On Radiotherapy For Children With Tumors

In the treatment stage of children with tumors,radiotherapy is an important treatment method.Although the process of radiotherapy is painless,radiotherapy often has the characteristics of continuity and sensitivity,which can easily cause unhealthy emotions in children.Among many negative emotions,anxiety and other uncomfortable emotions can directly lead to crying,poor compliance and other behaviors,which affect the smooth progress of treatment.Not only does it increase the experience of children and their families,but also increases the pressure and pressure of medical work and burden.How to use the intervention of social work to relieve children’s bad mood and improve their awareness of radiotherapy before radiotherapy so as to safely pass the radiotherapy stage is the focus of medical social work.This study specifically investigates and analyzes the physiological,psychological,cognitive,and behavioral characteristics of children with tumors before and after radiotherapy.Intervention is performed before the next radiotherapy for children with tumors.Using the perspective of medical social work,through the establishment of multidisciplinary cooperate with the team and use community work and group work methods to enable children to have correct cognition and feelings about radiotherapy,reduce the appearance of unhealthy emotions such as fear and anxiety in children,so as to achieve the purpose of improving children’s compliance and reducing the burden of medical staff.Work pressure reduces the risk of exposure to radiation due to children’s repeated agitation and crying.During the implementation of radiotherapy,the troubles of children and their families should be improved,and changes should be supported and encouraged for children to provide evidence for the full care of children with tumors,so that they can adapt to treatment as soon as possible,promote the smooth progress of radiotherapy,and expand medical social work.Multifunctional fields discuss the current difficulties and countermeasures of the development of medical social work.
