| Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a group of neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by social interaction disorder,repetitive stereotyped behavior,narrow interests and activities.The incidence rate of ASD is increasing year by year.The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)in 2020 reported that the prevalence of ASD children was as high as 1/54.In addition to people’s concerns about the problems of withdrawn temperament,apathy and social retardation,another kind of parents’ worry about children’s autism is diet and health.Diet is not only a medical problem related to nutrition and health.From the perspective of behavior analysis,diet is also a kind of operational behavior,which is closely related to environment,reinforcement and stimulation control.Dietary behavior is the focus of multidisciplinary intervention.Relevant literature shows that about 70% of ASD children have feeding and / or eating behavior problems,and 36% of them have serious problems.Dietary behavior problems of autism not only affect the growth and nutrition of ASD children,but also affect the development of their social interaction and life ability,and exert great pressure on ASD families.Therefore,as educators,the analysis and intervention of ASD children’s eating behavior problems from the perspective of behavior management reflects the responsibility of educators and the urgent needs of parents,which is of great significance to improve the quality of life of ASD children.Based on the practice of long-term home-based individualized training for autistic children,this study selected an autistic child as the research object.Under the family centered mode,positive behavior support was used to intervene in the picky eating problem of small Q,and then intervention was carried out through the antecedent control strategy,behavior teaching strategy and behavior consequence treatment strategy to improve the quality of life It can promote their healthy growth and reduce the parents’ care pressure.In this study,the action research model was adopted.The researchers and parents cooperated to intervene the picky eating behavior of the case in the daily dinner time,and carried out the action research in the daily life practice of the family.Through the three rounds of action intervention process of plan action observation reflection,this paper explores the problems and improvement measures in the process of picky eating behavior intervention.After three rounds of intervention,the intervention effect of picky eating behavior was visually presented and qualitatively described1.Under the family centered model,the implementation of positive behavior support can effectively improve the picky eating problem of autistic children.2.Family natural scene intervention strategy has obvious advantages in the establishment,maintenance and generalization of behavioral skills of autistic children.3.Under the family centered mode,the intervention of parents’ execution can improve the parenting ability of parents. |
