| Objective:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of Jianwei Qingchang mixture in bowel preparation for colonoscopy,and to provide a new method for bowel preparation with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:240 patients with colonoscopy were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of the first and second Department of spleen and stomach diseases in Gansu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Then 240 subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Jianwei Qingchang mixture and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(Heshuang)were used for bowel preparation.Before the examination,the subjects in the two groups received the same education on diet and other matters needing attention,and were prescribed to take Qingchang agent at the same time.After the examination,the data were recorded and the matters needing attention were explained.Finally,spss25.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Satisfaction rate of intestinal cleaning: the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.43%,and the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 98.24%,indicating that the two groups of intestinal Cleaners Used in intestinal preparation can obtain good intestinal cleanliness(P>0.05).2.Analysis of BBPS bowel preparation quality score of whole colon and each segment of colon: there was no significant difference in the cleaning effect of each segment of colon and the whole colon between the two intestinal cleaners(P>0.05).3.Analysis of examination results: there was no significant difference in the detection results between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Analysis of detected lesions: there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Adverse reaction rate analysis: the total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 16%,and the total adverse reaction rate of the control group was 37%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Analysis of the degree of pain during the examination: the number of pain in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05).7.Safety analysis: the blood routine,liver function,kidney function and ion of the subjects were significantly changed before and after intestinal preparation. |
