| Objective:Objective to explore the correlation between gastroscopic manifest ations of bile reflux gastritis and changes of tongue and taste of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide relevant reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods: Develop a clinical data collection form,collect case information such as tongue picture,taste,mucosal changes under gastroscopy,and bile reflux of 182 BRG patients who meet the inclusion criteria,organize the data,and use spss22.0 to statistically analyze the gastroscopic performance and Correlation between tongue image and taste.Results: 1.182 patients were mostly female(59.9%),the age of onset was in the range of 45-75 years(78.6%),the course of disease was between six months and three years(52.8%),and summer was the season of high incidence(31.9%).2.182 patients prefer spicy(33.0%)and greasy(30.2%)foods,30.2% have a habit of smoking and alcohol,52.2% are affected by bad mood,59.3% have sleep disorders,53.8% have MBI higher than normal,and are accompanied by Symptoms such as constipation(29.7%)and diarrhea(20.9%)are more common.3.The relationship between the degree of gastric mucosal erythema and erosion and the tongue coating and tongue quality:(1)The tongue quality is: red tongue(36.6%)> light red tongue(30.2%)> light white tongue(24.2%)> purple tongue(7.7%)> Crimson tongue(3.3%);tongue coating: yellow thick/greasy coating(29.15)>thin white coating(24.7%)> thin yellow coating(23.1%)> white thick/greasy coating(15.9%)> less/stripping coating(7.1%).(2)At grade I erythema,the tongue coating is mainly thin white coating(38.5%),the tongue quality is mainly red tongue(34.8%)and pale tongue(34.8%),and the tongue coating is yellow greasy/thick coating(38.1%)at grade II.Mainly with white greasy/thick coating(28.6%),red tongue(34.3%)is the main tongue,yellow greasy/thick coating(45%)is the main tongue coating at level III,and red tongue(45.5%))Mainly.(3)When the erosion is grade I,the tongue coating is mainly thin white coating and thin yellow coating(37.5%),the tongue is mainly reddish tongue(34.8%),when it is grade II,the tongue is mainly thin yellow coating(44.0%),and the tongue is mainly red tongue(34.2).%)and pale tongue(31.6%).In grade III,yellow greasy/thick fur(26.5%)is the main type,and red tongue and pale red tongue are the main type(33.3%).4.The relationship between the degree of bile reflux and tongue coating:(1)The degree of reflux is: Grade I(45.6%)> Grade II(31.9%)> Grade III(22.5%).(2)When reflux grade I,the tongue coating is mainly thin white coating(32.8%)and thin yellow coating(25.3%),when it is grade II,it is mainly thin yellow coating(25.9%)and yellow greasy/thick coating(41.4%).When it is grade III,it is mainly yellow coating.Greasy/thick moss(36.6%)is predominant.5.The relationship between the degree of bile reflux and taste:(1)Abnormal tastes are: dry mouth(53.8%),bitter mouth(52.7%),acid mouth(23.6%),sticky mouth(16.5%),light mouth(1.0%)),sweet mouth(0%).Conclusion: 1.BRG patients are mostly middle-aged and elderly women,with a short course of disease,and summer is the season of high incidence.2.Spicy,greasy diet,tobacco and alcohol,bad mood,obesity,constipation,biliary diseases,etc.may be the influencing factors of BRG.3.There is a certain correlation between BRG gastric mucosal erythema and erosion degree and tongue coating and tongue quality.4.There is a certain correlation between the degree of bile reflux and the tongue coating.5.There is a positive correlation between the degree of bile reflux and the degree of dry mouth and mouth bitterness.6.There is a certain correlation between the performance of BRG gastroscope and the appearance and taste of TCM tongue,which can provide relevant basis for clinical. |
