At the same time of the rapid development of the social economy,the quality of life of residents has also been continuously improved,and higher demands have been placed on health services,which has promoted the scientific transformation of lifestyles.Health care has therefore become the focus of residents’ attention,and the quality of the resident team.The construction is directly related to the treatment of patients,so this paper studies the effects of standardized training for residents in Shanghai.The purpose of this study is to explore the evaluation of the standardized training effect of residents,and to propose the feasibility of standardized training for resident physicians in Shanghai,with a view to promoting the construction of resident doctors in Shanghai.First of all,through a questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of standardized training effect of residents in Shanghai.Then the Kirkpatrick’s model is used as the research tool,and the reaction layer,the learning layer,the action layer and the result layer are taken as the object to carry out the research work.The following research conclusions are found: the response layer as a whole shows low training satisfaction,and the content that the students are satisfied with is the teacher’s teaching level and ability;Learning level and working years are positively correlated with students’ performance,and positively correlated with the therapeutic effect of all kinds of chronic diseases,which affects the development of doctors’ knowledge and ability.The main factors related to the quality of skill application are grass-roots ability;As for behavior layer,the level of leadership cognition is high and the overall quality of work is better,but the contradiction between work and study has become the main factor affecting the training effect;Most of the students can complete the work plan well in result layer,and the training effect is more remarkable,which significantly improves the satisfaction of patients with doctor service.On this basis,combined with the interview,some problems are finally found: the problems of students’ response mainly include low treatment,different training status and different base students’ treatment during training,and think that teachers pay less attention to training,etc.;the problems of teacher response mainly include: low treatment,different training status and different base students’ treatment during training.There is a lack of initiative and enthusiasm for work and learning,lack of relevant incentive mechanism,limited energy and so on.Through the analysis of the problems,we find that the main reasons behind them are the lack of students’ understanding of standardized training,the lack of supporting systems for teachers with teachers in the current policy system,the lack of standardized training investment,and the lack of assessment management and training quality.Finally,in view of these deep-seated reasons,this paper puts forward four suggestions,which are to strengthen propaganda,help to establish scientific sense of planning and training,strengthen the strength of teaching teachers,improve the conversion rate of training effect,increase the investment of funds,and ensure the standardization of doctors.Training effectiveness;attach importance to training professional ethics education,do a good job of training effect evaluation.In order to help the relevant institutions in Shanghai to better find the problems existing in the training of residents,promote the continuous improvement of the training system of residents in Shanghai,improve the effectiveness of resident training,and finally contribute to the strengthening of the level of medical and health services in China.
