Flexible and wearable electronics are devices that can be worn in combination with human spin, and they can monitor the human heathy conditions continuously and accurately without disturbing or restricting user’s activities. It has huge application prospects in health detection and medical treatment. However, the development of wearable devices requires that sensors not only have excellent catalytic ability but also have good flexibility. At present, the number of diabetic patients in the world is increasing year by year.Diabetes and its complications seriously threaten people’s health.Non-enzymatic glucose sensors have attracted widespread attention due to their high sensitivity and fast response.Carbonized silk fabrics has a wide applications in sensors, capacitors, etc.due to its natural flexibility, good chemical stability and high electrical conductivity. It is a self-supporting braided structure and is a suitable flexible substrate material.Metal nanoparticles are widely used in glucose sensors because of their good catalytic property. In this paper,a flexible non-enzymatic glucose sensor was constructed by loading Pt nanoparticles and Pt and Au bimetallic nanoparticles on the surface of carbonized silk fabrics by chemical reduction method. The specific research contents were:(1)The carbonized silk fabrics was selected as the flexible substrate.Small sized platinum nanoparticles were uniformly loaded on the surface of carbonized silk fabrics by chemical reduction method to prepare a platinum nanoparticles/carbonized silk fabrics composite material. And the effect of the amount of platinum nanoparticles was studied. The detection limit of the fabricated glucose sensor was 6.84μM,and the linear range was 6.84μM-8.5 mM.The sensitivity was 28.39μA mM-1 cm-2,and the current hardly had change in the bent and flat state, indicating that it had good bending stability.(2)The carbonized silk fabrics was selected as the flexible substrate.A flexible non-enzymatic glucose sensor was prepared by loading Pt and Au bimetallic nanoparticles on the surface of the carbonized silk fabrics using one-step method. The results showed that the performance of the sensor was the best when the ratio of Pt:Au was 4:2 and it was higher than that of single metal. The detection limit of the fabricated glucose sensor was 2.6μM,and the linear range was 3μM-11 mM.The sensitivity was 53.7μA mM-1 cm-2.The catalytic activity is enhanced because of the electronic interaction between the Pt and Au bimetallic nanoparticles.
