| The performance appraisal of public hospitals is an important measure of the new medical reform in the country.The performance appraisal of public hospitals is aimed at adhering to the public welfare and improving the quality of medical services,which is directly related to the success or failure of the new medical reform.The achievement of public hospitals is inseparable from the doctors’ group,and the quality of medical services is in need of every doctor involved.From the perspective of public service motivation,studying the fairness of performance appraisal of doctors in public hospitals is conducive to combining the public welfare orientation of performance appraisal with the goal of improving the quality of medical services,so as to more effectively explain the doctors’ performance appraisal and fairness.The process of service quality provides an empirical basis for the management practice of public hospitals to achieve hospital performance,adhere to the direction of public welfare,and mobilize employees’ work enthusiasm.Through the retrieval of related literatures,this study expounds the related research on public service motivation theory,performance appraisal fairness,and medical service quality.From the perspective of public service motivation,this paper analyzes the impact of performance appraisal fairness on the quality of medical service provided by public hospital doctors through public service motivation,constructs the conceptual framework of mutual relationship,proposes research hypothesis,and takes a public hospital in Shanghai.The group of doctors conducted questionnaires and hypothesis tests for the subjects.Through statistical analysis of data,the three variables of public performance evaluation,public service motivation and medical service quality of public hospitals were analyzed and analyzed.The public service motivation was tested in the relationship between performance appraisal fairness and medical service quality.The intermediary role.The research findings of the article are summarized as follows:The interaction of doctors’ performance appraisal has a positive impact on the quality of medical services;doctors’ interaction fairness and procedural fairness have a positive impact on public service motivation;doctors’ public service motivation has a positive impact on the quality of medical services,and doctors in public hospitals The sense of fairness in performance appraisal plays a part in mediating the quality of medical services provided.From the perspective of public service motivation,the article proposes measures to improve the fairness of doctors’ performance appraisal in public hospitals,and then improve the quality of medical services for doctors.At the same time,it points out the research deficiencies and future research prospects. |
