Objectives:To study the clinical value of liquid-based fungal enrichment and targeted fluorescent staining method in the diagnosis of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Method:Collected from June 2019 to September 2019 due to clinical manifestations such as vulvovaginal itching, increased secretions, and peculiar smell of secretions, there were 300 cases of clinical diagnosis of vaginitis in the gynecological clinic of Jiang Xi provincial People’s Hospital. Each patient took vaginal secretions for liquid-based fungal enrichment and preparation of targeted fluorescent staining method(liquid-based fluorescence method for short),normal saline wet film microscopy(wet film method),and Candida albicans immunofluorescence method((Referred to as immunofluorescence method)and fungal culture method(referred to as culture method)detection, culture method is used as the gold standard to account and analyze the detection results of liquid-based fluorescence method 、 wet film method 、immunofluorescence method and liquid-based fluorescence method+ wet film method、immunofluorescence method+ wet film method、liquid-based fluorescence method+ wet film method+ immunofluorescence method.Results:1.The positive rates of liquid-based fluorescence method, wet film method, immunofluorescence method and culture method are 27.7%/18%/41.3%/34%respectively.The differences are statistically significant,P<0.05.2.Compared with the culture method, the sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic compliance rate,Kappa value(Consistency test)and Youden index of liquid-based fluorescence method, wet film method, and immunofluorescence method are: 77.45%/48.04%/83.33%;97.98%/97.47%/80.30%;.91%/80.67%/81.33%;0.790/0.514/0.605;0.7543/0.4551/0.6363.3.Compared with the culture method, the sensitivity, specificity, diagnostic compliance rate,Kappa value(Consistency test)and Youden index of liquid-based fluorescence method + wet film method, immunofluorescence method + wet film method and liquid-based fluorescence method+ wet film method +immunofluorescence method are: 81.37%/83.33%/89.22%;95.96%/78.79%/78.28%;91%/80.33%/82%;0.794/0.602/0.627;0.7733/0.6212/0.675.4.Compared with the culture method, the difference of liquid-based fluorescence + wet film method in positive rate was not statistically significant,P>0.05.However,compared with the culture method, the difference of liquid-based fluorescence method 、 wet film method 、 immunofluorescence method 、immunofluorescence method + wet film method、liquid-based fluorescence method+wet film method+ immunofluorescence method in positive rate was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions :1.The accuracy of liquid-based fluorescence method is higher than that of wet film method and immunofluorescence method;2.The accuracy of liquid-based fluorescence method + wet film method is higher than that of immunofluorescence method+ wet film method and liquid-based fluorescence method+ wet film method+ immunofluorescence method.3.The liquid-based fluorescence method + wet film method has the best detection effect on vulvovaginal candidiasis.
