Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture of polyfida muscle under the guidance of ultrasound(US)in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain(CNLBP),and to further demonstrate the importance of multifida muscle in stabilizing the lumbar spine. It provides a new therapeutic target for the treatment of CNLBP in the future. Methods:From May 2020 to November 2020,60 patients diagnosed with CNLBP were randomly divided into ultrasound group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).In the ultrasound group,US was used to locate the polyfida muscle of the lumbar spine, and then under the guidance of US,the edge acupuncture was used to stimulate the multifida muscle fascia to treat CNLBP;.In the control group, the lumbosacral core muscle group exercise was performed by suspension training(SET)method to treat CNLBP.Low back pain visual analogue scores(VAS),Chinese version of Oswestry disability index(CODI)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain score S(JOA)were used as observation indexes. The changes were observed before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment, and the curative effects were compared between the two groups. The statistical data were processed by SPSS25.0 software. Results:All patients(60 cases)completed the study, and there was no significant difference in VAS,JOA and CODI scores between the two pretreatment groups. The statistical analysis of follow-up data after 12 weeks of treatment showed that the effective rate of the ultrasound group was 93.33%,while the effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The cure rate and effective rate of the ultrasound group were higher than those of the control group, and the VAS value and CODI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment 2 and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),JOA score was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05).The change in the ultrasound group was more obvious than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:For patients with CNLBP,ultrasound-guided acupuncture of cleft muscle is more effective than SET exercise of lumbosacral core muscles, and the course of treatment is shorter. |
