The Relationship Between Progression Of Hydatidiform Mole And Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte Ratio,Platelet Count

Objective To evaluate the value of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet count(PLT),platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and beta human chorionic gonadotropin(β-h CG)in the canceration of hydatidiform mole before the first uterine curettage.At the same time,to explore the high risk factors in the canceration of hydatidiform mole.Methods hydatidiform mole patients with standardized treatments had been collected from two representative hospitals in Qinghai province(Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and Qinghai Red Cross Hospital)since from January 2015 to December 2017.A total of 175 hydatidiform mole patients were enrolled in this study,all of whom were followed up according to 2018 FIGO guidelines.According to the results of β-h CG,the patients were divided into malignant group(n=38)and cured group(n=137).The blood routine results including [neutrophil(N),lymphocyte(L),PLT count] and β-h CG were collected before the first uterine curettage.The values of NLR and PLR were calculated.The high risk factors in the canceration of hydatidiform mole were explored by multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results(1)The malignant transformation rate of hydatidiform mole was 21.71%.(2)There was no significant difference in age,total times of pregnancy and delivery,history of abortion and gestational weeks between the malignant transformation group and the cure group(P>0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the incidence of menopause,abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,vomiting,and edema between the malignant transformation group and the cured group(P>0.05).(4)The values of N,NLR,PLR and lgβ-h CG before the first uterine curettage in the malignant group were significantly higher than the cured group.(5)The lymphocyte cell count in the malignant group was lower than the cured group.(6)There was no significant difference in PLT count between the malignant group and the cured group.(7)Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that lgβ-h CG,NLR were the independent risk factors for the canceration of hydatidiform mole.Conclusion NLR and β-h CG before the first uterine curettage are the independent risk factors for the canceration of hydatidiform mole patients,and they have a certain value in predicting the canceration of hydatidiform mole.
