Effects Of Weimishu Prescription On Serum PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ、G-17 In Patients With Chronic Erosion Gastritis With Disassociation Between Liver And Stomach

Objective: to study the Weimishu Prescription on serum PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ、G-17 in Patients with chronic erosion gastritis with disassociation between liver and stomach,to explore the possible mechanism of the treatment of the Weimishu Prescription,make up the defect of modern medical treatment,provide strong scientific gist for traditional Chinese treat the disease,promote the progress of Chinese medicine treatment of CEG.Method: After consent of the ethics committee and informed consent of patients,66 patients from the Qinghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital with CEG and discordant in liver and stomach were selected,using the random number table method to put 32 patients into control group and 34 patients into treatment group.The control group was given rabeprazole and bismuth potassium citrate.The treatment group was given Weimishu Prescription.After treatment of 4 weeks,analyze the changes of safety indexes,serum PG I、PG II、PG I/PG II and G-17.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of gastroscopy、safety indexes and serum PG I、 PG II、 PG I/PG II and G-17 in the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Gastroscope grade: after treatment,15 patients in the treatment group and 8patients in the control group received grade 0 gastroscopy;The number of cases in grade I and II were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that self-prepared Weizishu decoction could reduce the grade of gastric mucosa erosion.2.Efficacy of gastroscopy: after treatment,the total number of effective patients in the treatment group was 28,and 2 patients were ineffective.The total number of effective patients in the western medicine group was 25,and 5 patients were ineffective.There was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05),indicating that self-formulated Weizishu formula could improve the efficacy of gastroscopy.3.Serum factors: there were significant differences in serum Pg I and Pg II between the two groups before and after treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Weizishu formula increased PG I/PG II and G-17,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in western medicine group(P>0.05).It is considered that self-designed Weimi-Shu formula can reduce the scope of gastric mucosa erosion or even completely disappear the erosion surface by regulating PGR and G-17,so as to achieve the purpose of repairing gastric mucosa,but the specific mechanism of action still needs to be further explored.Conclusions: The Weimishu Prescription can repair gastric erosion mucosa,reduce the values of Pg I and Pg II to a certain extent,and increase Pg I/ Pg II and G-17.Internal administration of Weimishu Prescription does not harm liver and kidney function,which is worthy of further study.
