Objective:By analysis of the clinical characteristics,laboratory examination data and the expression levels of serum Matrix metallo proteinases 8 and lysyl oxidase-like 2 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis related with interstitial lung disease,discuss the risk factors of RA-ILD,To evaluate diagnostic value of matrix metalloproteinase 8 and lysyl oxidase-like 2 for rheumatoid arthritis related with interstitial lung disease.Method:Data of newly diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis patients admitted to the rheumatology department of jiangxi provincial people’s hospital from November2019 to December 2019 and healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same time were collected.HRCT lung function results were collected for general conditions of RA patients.Divided into RA group and RA combined with ILD and Control Con according to the detected results of High-resolution CT and RA.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to assess MMP8 and LOXL2 in the serum of each group and their significance was analyzed.Result:1 、 There was no statistically significant difference in the mean age,average course of disease,male proportion and smoking rate between the ra-ild group,the pure RA group and the healthy control group(P >0.05)。2、DAS28,RF and ACPA of ra-ild group were higher than that of pure RA group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the comparison of ESR,CRP,fibrin,d-dimer value,Ig A,Ig G and Ig M levels between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05)。3、Comparison of lung function results showed that DLCO(%),VC(%),FVC(%)and FEV1.0(%)of the ra-ild group were all lower than those of the two groups of RA alone,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),FEV1/FVC between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)。4、The serum levels of mmp-8 and loxl-2 between the three groups were higher in the ra-ild group than in the pure RA group and the healthy control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the pure RA group and the healthy control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 、 Analysis of risk factors for rheumatoid arthritis with interstitial lung disease showed that high DAS28 and high serum mmp-8 levels were risk factors for the occurrence of ra-ild(P<0.05).6、The diagnostic value of serum mmp-8 and loxl-2to ra-ild was shown as follows: the area under the curve of mmp-8(AUC)was 0.724,and the area under the curve of loxl-2(AUC)was 0.688,and the AUC of the combined detection of both was increased to 0.767.Conclusion:1.RA-ILD was significantly related to DAS28 and higher serum MMP-8expression.2.The combined detection of serum MMP-8 and LOXL-2 had moderate diagnostic efficacy against RA-ILD.
