Application Of Serum Alkaline Phosphatase In The Diagnosis Of Threatened Abortion

Objective:To explore the value of serum alkaline phosphatase in the diagnosis of threatened abortion,and to provide a new ideas and reference for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of threatened abortion.Methods:Serum samples were collected from healthy women of normal childbearing age,healthy pregnant women of late pregnancy,threatened abortion patients,inevitable abortion patients,missed abortion patients and habitual abortion patients in obstetrics and gynecology department of the third affiliated hospital of nanchang university from January 2016 to December 2018,and their serum alkaline phosphatase was detected,then the data of human chorionic gonadotropin(h CG),estradiol,progesterone,chronic history and personal life history were measured in all pregnancy groups.ANOVA analysis and independent sample T-test were used to analyze and compare the detection results of serum alkaline phosphatase among each group,then logistic regression was used to screen the correlation between alkaline phosphatase,human chorionic gonadotropin,estradiol,progesterone,age,previous history of abortion,chronic history,personal life history and the diagnosis of abortion.Results:(1)A total of 100 cases of normal healthy women,100 cases of normal healthy pregnant women in late pregnancy(39weeks),100 cases of threatened abortion,13 cases of missed abortion,29 cases of inevitable abortion,8 cases of habitual abortion were collected in our hospital,and all of them were aged 22-39 years old.(2)The results of serum alkaline phosphatase in normal healthy women group,normal healthy pregnant women group,threatened abortion group,inevitable abortion group,missed abortion group and habitual abortion group were as follows:(47.0±10.9)U/L、(99.3±29.8)U/L、(27.8±5.2)U/L、(28.5±5.8)U/L、(42.0±20.0)U/L、(33.5±2.1)U/L.(3)The results of ANOVA analysis showed that there were differences in serum alkaline phosphatase detection results among the above six groups(P < 0.05).Then independent sample T-test was used for pairwise comparison,and the results showed that the decrease of serum alkaline phosphatase activity in patients with threatened abortion and inevitable abortion was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Logistic regression was used to screen the factors of alkaline phosphatase,human chorionic gonadotropin,estradiol,progesterone,age,previous history of abortion,chronic history,personal life history,and the results showed that serum human chorionic gonadotropin,progesterone,alkaline phosphatase activity and previous abortion history were independent risk factors for threatened abortion.Conclusion:(1)Compared with normal pregnant women,serum alkaline phosphatase activity decreased significantly in threatened abortion and inevitable abortion,which indicated that alkaline phosphatase had a certain correlation with the occurrence and development of the above two types of abortion.(2)Among all the factors related to threatened abortion,serum alkaline phosphatase activity was one of the independent risk factors that may lead to threatened abortion,which showed that serum alkaline phosphatase has a certain clinical value in the diagnosis of threatened abortion.
