Objective:Objective To investigate the effects of intrauterine perfusion of granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)on endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate during freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle in patients with thin endometrium. Methods:According to the admission and discharge criteria, patients who received in vitro fertilizing-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)treatment in our department from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected, and whose embryo transfer was cancelled due to the endometrium ≤7mm on the trigger day of the fresh cycle or the progesterone conversion day of the thawing transplantation cycle.39 patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group: GnRH-a+ hormone replacement for endometrial preparation +G-CSF intrauterine perfusion;Observation group: GnRH-A downregulation + hormone replacement for periodic intimal preparation,a total of 43 patients were included. The general conditions, endometrial thickness changes before and after treatment and the outcome of embryo transplantation were observed and analyzed in the two groups.RESULTS:There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in terms of general conditions, including age, infertility years,BMI value, infertility reasons and intimal thickness of the previous annulment cycle. There was no significant difference in embryo transfer between the observation group and the control group. The endometrial thickness of the observation group after treatment was significantly increased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the endometrial thickness of the observation group after perfusion treatment was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the cancellation rate and pregnancy outcome between the observation group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:GnRH-a+ hormone replacement combined with G-CSF intrauterine perfusion therapy can improve the thickness of thin endometrium during the freeze-thaw embryo transfer cycle in patients with thin endometrium.
