| Objective: To comprehensively analyze the relationship between chronic endometritis(CE)and menstrual history, pregnancy times, nationality, lower reproductive tract microecology and reproductive system diseases in infertility patients receiving assisted pregnancy treatment, and to explore the statistically significant indicators of CE related factors. To improve the reproductive outcome of infertility patients, provide a fresh clinical thinking of the diagnosis and treatment to CE.Methods: 399 infertile patients who received assisted pregnancy treatment in the reproductive center of Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital from April 2018 to September 2020 were collected, and the endometrial transmembrane heparan sulfate proteoglycan-1(CD138)was detected. In the results, divided into two groups of CE negative and CE positive. The age, nationality, menstrual history, infertility years, pregnancy times and vaginal secretion test results of the subjects were collected and sorted Endometrial pathology results,DNA detection results of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)and Chlamydia trachomatis(CT),tubal inflammatory diseases, recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA),endometriosis(EMT),polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),PCOS).The indicators with significant differences were screened out from the CE related factors, and the differences among different nationalities were analyzed.Results:(1)among the CE negative and CE positive groups, there were significant differences in nationality(P = 0.031),vaginal secretion(P = 0.032)and UU The results of DNA test(P = 0.001),RSA(P = 0.004)and history of salpingitis(P = 0.007)were statistically significant;(2)Tibetan nationality, positive UU infection, history of salpingitis and RSA were independent risk factors for CE;(3)There are significant differences in the number of years of infertility among the four groups of Han,Tibetan,Hui,and Tu(P=0.040).Pairwise comparison shows that there are differences between Han and Tibetan, and between Han and Hui(P<0.05);There was a significant difference in EMT among the four groups(P=0.040).After pairwise comparison, there was a significant difference between Han and Tibetans(P<0.05).The positive ratio of EMT in Tibetans was higher than that of Han.Conclusion: 1.The positive rate of chronic endometritis is high in Tibetans. As an ethnic factor,Tibetan is an independent risk factor for CE.2.UU infection, history of salpingitis and RSA were also independent risk factors of chronic endometritis. |
