Research On Tuoketuo County,Inner Mongolia Government’s Purchase Of Environmental Sanitation Public Services

With the continuous acceleration of economic and social development,the public’s demand for the quantity and quality of public services is also increasing.Allowing the public to enjoy more high-quality and low-cost public services is a new test facing the government in the new era.Applying the market competition mechanism to the supply of public services and promoting the government to purchase public services from social forces provides new ideas for solving this problem.The government’s purchase of public services has greatly improved the quality of public services on the one hand,and better met the people’s growing demand for public services.On the other hand,it has also made positive contributions to the government’s efforts to reduce financial pressure and improve administrative efficiency.It is a new era.The only way to reform government functions.At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the new public service supply model for the government to purchase public services was affirmed at the national level for the first time.It also pointed out that the government will no longer directly provide public services that can be purchased by the government.Provide,and at the same time,widely attract social capital to cooperate with the government and participate in the supply of public services.This policy orientation has injected a strong impetus into the purchase of public services by the Chinese government,and has set off a development climax in the purchase of public services by the national government.Environmental sanitation public services are an important part of basic public services,and their quality is directly related to social development and people’s livelihood.Judging from the practice of domestic and foreign governments purchasing environmental sanitation public services,the purchase of environmental sanitation public services by the government has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of market players,enriched the content of environmental sanitation public services,and better met the different needs of the public.On the other hand,it also reduces the cost of environmental sanitation public services,and improves the efficiency and level of the development of environmental sanitation public services.This article takes the purchase of environmental sanitation public services by the government of Tuoketuo County in Inner Mongolia as the research object and content,and uses research methods such as literature research,case analysis,and comparative analysis to explain the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of the government’s purchase of environmental sanitation public services.Describes the current situation of Tuoketuo County Government’s purchase of environmental sanitation public services,analyzes the effectiveness of Tuoketuo County Government’s purchase of environmental sanitation public services,the main existing problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Based on the experience of public health services,countermeasures were put forward to optimize the purchase of environmental health public services by the Tuoketuo County government.
