Discourse Research Of Depression From The Perspective Of Health Communication

Modern people’s living environment,cultural customs and other factors are undergoing significant changes,health communication has become a hot research topic.The incidence rate of depression has increased significantly in recent years,so it has become a hidden killer in recent years.However,the stereotype of the public aggravates the survival pressure of patients.Therefore,it is an important task for the mass media to pay attention to the discourse construction of the topic of depression and eliminate its stereotype and stigmatization.Based on the new media context,this paper uses content analysis method combined with the model of three dimensional model of Fairbanks,and selects 325 valid samples of the mainstream media public life times and the official account of the official account,one psychology respectively.The content analysis reveals the general situation of the topic communication,the distribution of reported topics and the structure of discourse topics in life times and one psychology,and sorts out the basic narrative framework model of the topic;the three-dimensional analysis finds that the patient image constructed by the topic tends to be negative,there is inequality between medical discourse and patient discourse,and the construction and elimination of stereotype of depression folk discourse is still insufficient It will take time.Finally,based on health communication,this paper puts forward the optimization thinking on the construction of "depression" topic: the media platform needs to strengthen professional knowledge and pay attention to the social roots of depression;the social platform should get in touch with psychotherapy institutions to fight against depression and eliminate discrimination;the existing types of tweets should be changed to balance patient discourse and medical power discourse And mass discourse,in order to promote the healthy communication of "depression" in the healthy We Chat official account.
