| As the second largest TB burden country in the world,China is facing many problems and challenges in the prevention and control work.First of all,in some remote areas,due to the limitations of treatment eonditions,it is difficult to find,treat and manage TB patients.Secondly,thc majority of TB patients are treated through home medication and regular inspection,but the overall level of medieation and regular inspection compliance is poor.In addition,at present,when clinicians choose the treatment plan for tuberculosis patients,the selection basis is single,whieh often leads to unreasonable scheme seleetion and drug resistanee.In order to deal with the above problems,effective diagnosis and management of patients becomes very important.Through the combination of electronic medicine box,mobile phone and other intelligent deviees with eomputer technology,this paper designs and realizes the diagnosis and treatment and management system of tubereulosis patients.The main researeh work of this paper ineludes two parts:one is the research and application of decision tree in tubereulosis treatment scheme selection. Firstly,the eollected data set is preprocessed by data cleaning and data transformation to make it complete and standardized;Secondly,feature selection is carried out to seleet the most relcvant attributes for model training;Tben,SPSS modeler software is used to build and output the visual deeision tree model,and C5.0 algorithm is used to train the data to verify the accuracy of the model and the application of the decision tree algorithm in the application seenario;Finally,the model is evaluated,and the model rule set is extracted and applied to the system.The second is the design and implementation of the system.Based on the technology stack of Wechat Mini Program,the mobile application of tuberculosis patient management system is realized;Based on Go language,Jav a language,JavaScript language,combined with Spring Boot,Go-kit,React development framework and Ant Design UI library,the web system of tuberculosis patient management is designed and implemented;Through the third-party interface,the mobile terminal and the web system are connected to the electronic medicine box terminal;It optimizes or solves the problems of slow first screen loading,permission control and system security control of web system.The system includes patient recommendation,patient tracking,patient management,visit management,medication management,appointment for follow-up visit,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,stop treatment,secret receiver management,data statistics and monitoring,data large screen and other main functions.The diagnosis,treatment and management system of tuberculosis patients researched and implemented in this paper has been put into practical use,which greatly facilitates the management of tuberculosis patients in designated hospitals,grass-roots institutions and centers for disease control,and effectively improves the medication compliance of tuberculosis patients.The application of decision tree provides a reference for the selection of treatment schemes for tuberculosis patients,and achieves the expected research goal. |
