| Objective:By comparing the accuracy of 99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT imaging guided percutaneous lung biopsy and CBCT guided percutaneous lung biopsy and the incidence of postoperative complications, the value of clinical application of 99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT imaging guided percutaneous lung biopsy was evaluated. Methods:Collected patients who had undergone percutaneous lung biopsy in Suining Central Hospital from September 2019 to December 2020.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 115 study subjects were included,34 in the study group and 81 in the control group.Among them, patients with percutaneous lung biopsy guided by 99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT imaging served as the study group, and patients who underwent CBCT guided percutaneous lung biopsy as the control group.Through statistical analysis of the differences between the age, gender, puncture lesion site, lesion type, and diameter of the puncture lesion in the study group and the control group, the baseline parameters of the two groups of subjects were evaluated. Then the puncture results of the two groups of subjects and the occurrence of complications after puncture were statistically analyzed, and the clinical application value of 99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT imaging guided percutaneous lung biopsy was evaluated. Results:There was no significant difference in age, gender, and the distribution of puncture lesions in the lungs, the composition ratio of the puncture lesion types, the diameters of the puncture lesions, between the study group and control group,P(29)0.05.The accuracy rates of puncture in the study group and control group were 100%and93.83%,respectively.After testing,P(27)0.05,the difference in puncture accuracy between the two groups was statistically significant.Among them, the difference between the two groups of mass type was statistically significant, while the difference between the two groups of solitary nodules, multiple nodules and cavity types was not statistically significant. The puncture accuracy rates of the study group and the control group at different locations of the puncture lesions were tested,P(29)0.05,and the difference between the puncture accuracy rates of the two groups at each puncture site was not statistically significant. The incidence of complications in the study group and control group were 23.53%and 16.05%,respectively.After testing,P(29)0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion:99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT imaging-guided percutaneous lung biopsy is more accurate than CBCT guided percutaneous lung biopsy for lung lesions.99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT imaging-guided percutaneous lung biopsy and CBCT guided percutaneous lung biopsy have no significant difference in the occurrence of complications.The99mTc-MIBI SPECT/CT imaging-guided percutan-eous lung biopsy is selected at first for lung mass type lesions, while CBCT guided per-cutaneous lung biopsy can be used for other types. |
