Research On The Development Of "1+1+2" Medical And Nursing Care Mode In Rural Areas Of Hebei Province

In recent years,the problem of China’s population aging has become increasingly prominent,especially the problems of disabled and empty-nest elderly groups.How to effectively solve the problem of elderly people,especially the elderly in rural areas,has become a pain point that society urgently needs to solve.Hebei Province,as part of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,its rural elderly care issues are related to social stability and development.The author innovatively proposes the “1+1+2” medical care combined old-age care model,that is,by clarifying the government’s main role,the role of the carrier of the new rural community and the organic integration of medical service institutions and elderly service institutions are of great social significance.Through interview,literature,empirical analysis and other research methods,the research work is carried out from the following aspects.First of all,by consulting references and academic papers,the current mainstream concept of medical care integration was defined,the theoretical foundation was consolidated,and questionnaires were reasonably formulated to conduct in-depth research on the current situation of elderly care for the elderly in Hebei Province;Secondly,it defines and compares the professional concepts such as institutional elderly care,medical-care integration,and "1+1+2" elderly care model,and in-depth research on the demand hierarchy theory,synergy theory,and diversified welfare theory involved in the subject research;Thirdly,by analyzing the status quo of rural aging in Hebei Province and the status quo of integrated medical care and old-age care models in rural areas,an in-depth analysis of the integrated medical care and old-age care models in rural areas in Hebei Province was conducted;Fourth,from the three levels of the government,the community,and the medical and elderly care institutions,it summarizes and sorts out the existing problems in the current medical-care integrated elderly care model,then,it analyzed the causes of four aspects: lack of cooperation mechanism between departments,weak construction of professional medical and nursing personnel,the concept of medical and nursing has not been widely recognized,and the high cost of medical and nursing institutions;Fifth,from the three levels of government,community,and medical care institutions,innovatively proposed the "1+1+2" new model of integrated medical and elderly care for the elderly;Sixth,from optimizing the current medical and elderly care system and integrating social resources,strengthen the talent pool of medical and elderly care integration,establish an elderly care service supervision system,explore local characteristic elderly care models,and create new forms of online elderly care.These suggestions provide feasibility for the construction and realization of the integrated medical care elderly care model in Hebei Province and even the whole country,strong suggestions and solutions.
