| With the popularization of intelligent software and hardware facilities in major general hospitals,such as smart pharmacy management system,hospital information system,multi-function self-service registration machine,the problems that once plagued the managers of hospitals such as the long waiting time for patients to register,take medicine and so on,which have been solved preliminarily by the expansion of service capacity.However,the "three long and one short" phenomenon that the patients have a long waiting time for registration,examinations,outpatient charges and taking medicines,and a short time for doctors’ service.It is still obvious in the outpatient department of some local comprehensive Class-3A hospitals.In addition,during the COVID-19 pneumonia outbreak,the number of examinations for patients is increasing,which is a grand challenge to the normal operation of outpatient system.Taking the “L Hospital” as an example,this thesis studies the scheduling of outpatient examinations and the layout optimization of outpatient’s self-service facilities.The main work of this thesis is as follows:First of all,the outpatient examinations process is analyzed,and the scheduling principles of outpatient examinations from the patient’s perspective are determined.And then compared with the TSP problem,through the scheduling problem of outpatient examinations from the patient’s perspective is transformed into the TSP problem,so as to construct the scheduling model of outpatient examinations from the patient’s perspective.Moreover,the solving process is realized by using the hybrid particle swarm optimization algorithm.In addition,the algorithm is compared with ant colony algorithm,genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Secondly,it analyzes the scheduling of outpatient examinations from the hospital perspective,and determines the scheduling principles.After that compared with the FOSSP problem,through setting the relevant assumptions,the scheduling problem of outpatient examinations from the hospital perspective is transformed into the flexible open shop scheduling problem,so as to establish the scheduling model of outpatient examinations from the hospital’s perspective.Moreover,the solving process is realized by using genetic algorithm and a test example is used to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Finally,based on the current layout of the “L” hospital’s outpatient department and the principle of minimum reform cost,the Depthmap software is used for simulating and analyzing the traffic flow line of patients on the 1~3 floors of the outpatient department in the “L” hospital.According to the results,the layout of outpatient’s self-service facilities is improved.And the results of the original layout compare with the improved layout’s to prove the rationality of the improved layout. |
