Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Equalization Of Basic Public Health Services In Jiaozuo City

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that "people’s health is an important symbol of national prosperity and national prosperity".In order to ensure that all Chinese citizens have equal access to basic public health services and enhance the fairness of health,the government of China has put forward the goal of "promoting the gradual equalization of basic public health services".To promote the equalization of basic public health services can not only improve the sense of access and happiness of Chinese residents,but also promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society in China,which is also the embodiment of the core values of fairness and justice in the field of health.With the implementation of equalization of basic public health services in various regions,there are some unsolved problems while achieving good social benefits.In order to provide intellectual support for the equalization of basic public health services in Jiaozuo City.This paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of equalization of basic public health services,summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of basic public health services,and put forward the corresponding promotion of basic public health services in this city.In addition to the introduction,the paper consist of four parts:The first part summarizes the concept connotation and related theories of equalization of basic public health services.The first part defines the basic concept connotation of public health,basic public health services and equalization.The second part summarizes the public product theory,welfare economics theory,social equity theory and new public service theory in order to provide corresponding theories for the research of this paper Support and guidance.The second part analyzes the current situation of the implementation of basic public health services in Jiaozuo City from five aspects: the implementation of the policy measures of equalization of basic public health services,the investment,management and use of basic public health services,and the completion of basic public health services.The third part: according to the status quo of the implementation of the equalization of basic public health services in Jiaozuo City,finds out the problems in the implementation process of the equalization of basic public health services.For example,the insufficient of work mechanism and assessment system,the shortage of the capacity of public health services,and the deficiency of publicity efforts and information construction.The fourth part: according to the current situation analysis results and existing problems,under the guidance of relevant theories,puts forward the following development countermeasures.First,strengthen the government’s responsibilities and improve the performance appraisal system.Second,strengthen the construction of the grass-roots health personnel team.Third,strengthen the supervision of funds to ensure that the funds are in full amount and in place in time.Fourth,increase publicity and improve residents’ awareness.Fifth,accelerate the promotion of health Information construction,innovation of public health service delivery mode.
