| Objective: to investigate the regulatory effect of hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment on attention network function in patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: from January 2016 to December 2018,68 patients with colon cancer were randomly divided into three groups:hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning group(22 cases),hyperbaric oxygen synchronous chemotherapy group(26 cases),and the control group(20 cases),after chemotherapy, the attention network test was carried out in three groups of patients. Results: The alert network score in hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning group and hyperbaric oxygen synchronous chemotherapy group were higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of directed network among the three groups(p > 0.05).The control network score, the control group > hyperbaric oxygen synchronous chemotherapy group > hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning group, the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).The total reaction time of hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning group and hyperbaric oxygen synchronous chemotherapy group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusions: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a protective effect on the alert network and executive control network of chemotherapy patients;in the executive control network, the effect of hyperbaric oxygen preconditioning is greater than that of hyperbaric oxygen synchronous chemotherapy. |
