| Objective: This study uses questionnaires to understand the basic situation of the health management center of a tertiary general hospital in Hefei and the actual situation of the health management service needs,cognition,implementation and satisfaction of the physical examination population,and sort out the weaknesses in the health management service,aiming to provide data support and policy basis for medical institutions to meet people’s diverse health needs and improve the quality of health management services.Methods: On the basis of literature research and expert consultation,the questionnaire was designed by ourselves.In this study,convenience sampling method was adopted to select 3 health management centers in tertiary general hospitals in Hefei as well as physical examination subjects at centers above from June to July,2020.Epidata 3.0software was used to double entry the data,and SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the data.The percentage was used to describe the basic information of the physical examinees,and the average score of each dimension of health management was taken as the dependent variable,and the basic information of the respondents was taken as the independent variable to conduct a single factor analysis.The mean and standard deviation were used to describe the scores of the physical examinees’ demands for various items of health management services.Independent sample t test was used for comparison between two groups,and the single factor ANOVA analysis was used for comparison between multiple groups.Multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influencing factors of each dimension of health management services.Results :(1)At present,the focus of the hospital health management center is on providing physical examination service,while the post-examination services,such as health education,health intervention and follow-up,are relatively weak.At the same time,there is a lack of high-level professionals and a good health management team is not formed.(2)The average scores of the five dimensions of health management service demand,post-inspection demand,cognition,implementation and service process are all higher than 3 points,with the highest score of health management cognition(4.36±0.51)and the lowest score of health management post-inspection demand(3.46±0.82).(3)The physical examination population has higher demand for professional services such as report interpretation and health guidance than pre-examination questionnaire consultation,health education,and post-examination follow-up services.Gender,education background,family monthly income per capita,and chronic disease are the factors affecting the demand for health management services(P<0.05),and gender,occupation,chronic disease,and frequency of examination are factors that affect the demand for services after health management examination(P<0.05).(4)The physical examination population has good knowledge and implementation of health management,but the population has poor self-management awareness and does not have enough energy for health management.Therefore,their insufficient energy for health management,gender and family monthly income per capita are factors that affect health management cognition(P<0.05),and the frequency of examination and self-evaluation of health are factors that affect health management implementation(P<0.05);(5)The satisfaction of physical examination population to health management service is 75.8%,lower than the satisfaction of outpatient service and inpatient service in Grade A hospitals;Technical level,attitude of physicians,service items,service process,facilities and equipment,privacy protection and precautions are the factors that affect the satisfaction of health management service(P<0.05).Conclusion :(1)The demand for health management services of Hefei residents is on the rise,but the understanding of health management services is relatively one-sided,and it still remains at the ideological level of paying attention to the examination results and neglecting the post-examination health management;(2)The focus of health management center of tertiary general hospital is only on physical examination service,and the post-examination work ability of health education,health intervention and follow-up is weak.Therefore,on the one hand,the hospital health management center needs to pay attention to the introduction of high-level talents and establish a complete health management team.On the other hand,by cooperating with community health service organizations and formulating workplace health promotion plan,people’s initiative can be stimulated,the quality of health management service can be improved,and the needs of health management service can be met.(3)The relevant government departments should improve the relevant laws and regulations of the health management services,promote sustainable development of the health management services,at the same time formulate the health management professional talent training standards and norms with the hospital requirements of health management personnel as the guidance,and strengthen personnel training,so as to provide guarantee for the construction of health management talent team. |
