| Objective: The incidence of vascular surgery diseases is increasing rapidly. The image data and intraoperative video data of patients are important for the formulation and adjustment of the overall treatment options, while it is not standardized, unsystematic and difficult to access the clinical and follow-up data of vascular surgery patients. Therefore, the team developed a clinical data management and follow-up system for patients in vascular surgery based on smart mobile terminals, named Xue Mai Xiang Lian, and analyzed the results of early clinical applications. Methods: Establish a database of clinical data and follow-up of vascular surgery diseases, and provide data support services to the application sub-modules of the platform through standard data interfaces. The basic components of the design software, the server, doctor terminal, and patient terminal have different functions and permissions.A total of 80 patients who received interventional treatment in the department of vascular surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University participated in this study, including 40 patients in the intervention group and40 patients in the control group. The time period was from July 2019 to July 2020.The clinical data of the control group were preserved by traditional methods and routine discharge guidance and follow-up were carried out.On the basis of the control group, the intervention group was treated with Xue Mai Xiang Lian for clinical data preservation and long-term follow-up.The patient satisfaction, anxiety and depression grade, clinical data loss rat of the two groups were compared three months after discharge.Result: The blood connection system was successfully developed and put into use.It can achieve the following functions:(1)The patient’s clinical medical records and follow-up data are stored in the server hard disk and cloud in the form of electronic version, and the system is standardized management.(2)Doctors can use mobile terminals to upload or read patient clinical data.(3)Patients can access their medical records(including image/video data)through smartphones.(4)Other auxiliary function modules such as follow-up reminder, network consultation, and professional science can be used normally. The included vascular surgery patients were followed up for a period of three months. The loss rates of test data, imaging data, and interventional video in the intervention group were 2.5%,2.5% and 2.5%,which were significantly lower than the30%,25% and 100% of the control group. The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)of the intervention group were 39.38±5.24 and 40.10±5.00,which were significantly lower than those of the control group of46.73±6.24 and 48.35±3.36.The patient satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than 87.5% of the control group. |
