| Objective:This study is aim to study the relationship between lipoprotein a(Lp(a)),homocysteine(Hcy),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 145 patients with essential hypertension meeting the inclusion criteria were collected. The 145 patients were divided into control group and observation group, the control group had 70 cases, the observation group had 75 cases.Patients in the control group had only hypertension, while those in the observation group also had coronary heart disease. The correlation between Lp(a),Hcy,hs-CRP and IMT and hypertension with coronary heart disease was analyzed. Results:The proportion of Lp(a),Hcy,hs-CRP,IMT and plaque formation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that after adjusting age and gender, there was a positive correlation between Lp(a)(OR = 1.02,P< 0.001),Hcy(OR = 1.30,P< 0.001),hs-CRP(OR = 4.73,P< 0.001)and hypertension with coronary heart disease, and the positive correlation was still statistically significant when IMT variables were included. After adjusting the age and gender, the left main trunk(OR = 154.97,P< 0.001),the left branch(OR =52.74,P< 0.001),the right main trunk(OR = 183.64,P< 0.001),the right branch(OR =77.31,P< 0.001)of IMT were positively correlated with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Compared with the normal group, the plaque formation group was associated with hypertension and coronary heart disease. The left bifurcate(OR = 4.83,P< 0.001),the right main trunk(OR= 9.34,P< 0.001),the right bifurcate(OR = 5.88,P< 0.001)were all risk factors, but the positive correlation was not statistically significant after adjusting Lp(a),Hcy,hs-CRP.Conclusion:Lp(a),Hcy,hs-CRP,IMT and plaque formation may be independent risk factors of hypertension with coronary heart disease. |
